Sunakhari Homestay Darjeeling

We stayed in their homestay during June'23. The host was extremely polite and helpful. The scenery from the balcony was breath taking. The room was clean and spacious. Host helped us with the car services to visit the places around. Whenever required he has provided us with food and tea.

Real homestay, really feeling at home. Amazing and heart touching hospitality of the host, Roshan Thapa and family, the homely atmosphere at the homestay, the magical view from the balcony, the spacious and clean rooms, the easily reachable, almost walkable to Darjeeling Station, Mall, Batasia Loop, Ghoom within short time, hearty cooperation to avail cabs or cars, the easily reachable location of the homestay, ie, on the Hill Cart Road and by the Toy Train Railway line.....Really feeling amazed. The hospitality of the owner was very good. Rooms were clean and beautiful.The view from the homestays balcony is very beautiful.Kanchenjunga was visible from the room windows. The rates are also very reasonable. The food prepared by the owner was very tasty.

Had a great experience staying at this beautiful homestay. The owner, Roshan Thapa and his family are very welcoming and the home cooked food is amazing. The homestay has a direct hill view and is very spacious and relaxing. There is a cute doggo named Brownie who can make anyone smile.

Really good Home stay in darjeeling. Accommodation, cleanness, hospitality and service is so good.And also good behaviour and care of host Roshan Thapa.After all anybody can come and stay with satisfaction.

We had an amazing and pleasant experience staying at this homestay. The location is 3/4 Kms away from Mall Road and has amazing view from the balcony. Mr. Roshan Thappa and his family members were very welcoming and had absolute no tantrums. They enquired what we would like to have for our meals (the food was really delicious), and any additional facilities that we need. Best thing, this place has parking facility (limited, please enquire for availability before booking).We are definitely going to stay here only from now on.
