Jubilee la Residence

The homestay was very beautiful. Rooms are quite spacious. There are some plans for expansion of the rooms for the near future. Toilets are large. There was a wonderful open space for family dining. Rooms have mountain views which glow like stars in the evening! The foods are very tasty and always served with a smile. We have enjoyed our stay a lot with the hospitality of the well educated and polite owner's family! We have received their heartiest warm welcome throughout the stay....

Friendly, welcoming, generous people and a comfortable stay. Nothing too much trouble...Well situated near to the town the family will happily arrange transport and sightseeing and offer practical and useful advice to ensure your stay in Kalimpong is a great one

Staying at jubilee villa was in itself an experience. The place and the food was very homelike. The family there was always very anxious to guide us with taking a look around Kalimpong as well as
the whole Darjeeling. It was quite very coincident to be there at the time when Manish was there. He made us aware of the rich history of Kalimpong which was very rare to be known even amongst the citizens of Kalimpong. A very courteous and a humble boy. Not only him but everyone in the house played the role of wonderful host. If anyone would like to stay at Kalimpong then there isn't any better place than Manish's house indeed a paradise.

Nice and helpful people, I enjoyed my stay and will come back again. I would recommend tourists to book home-stays such as these for an original experience of Kalimpong town and its history than a boring stay in the hotels.
