SHIVAAY Inn

We stayed in this Homestay for 2 days. It is a budget hotel and family friendly which provides good food service as well. The owner of Shivaay inn Mr. Jaydip Bhattacharya is helpful and knowledgeable . He owns his own travel agency too (bromon sathi)So You just need to pack your stuff and land at this home stay and he will take care of your itinerary.

Best place to stay in LAVA. Our family was stayed in 2 times because the hotel's rooms are very neat & tidy and the incharge of this property is very polite behaviour and very helpful. Must stay in Shivaay Inn, Lava with reasonable price.

They are so much friendly, food quality is too nice and water supply is also nice, the rooms of the home stay is so comfortable..

Food, ambience nd the behavior of the owner (Mr. Joydip Bhattacharya) is so excellent, its really feels like a home. Family, Solo travelers, Female groups... recommend to all. Thank you.

I stayed here while travelling with my family and they treated us very well. The behavior of the Owner (Joydip Da) and his family members is very good. Specially they prepare fresh food and feed us very delightful.

One of the best homestay I have stayed in the food and behaviour is just how how a family would treat their owns . The caretaker would bring us whatever we needed and would talk with us. Highly recommended

Worst quality behaviour of the caretaker. Blankets not even washed only dried in sun... try to fetch money from customers giving false alligations after they leave the accomodation... even they call back from rishab or kalimpong to give money with no dure proof... although the scenec beauty seems good from the balcony... other than the view nothing s good ,cant even smoke in the room no ash tray no soap no shampoo is provided in the rooms.

If i would have given a option to mark negative then I would have done that. The behaviour of the caretaker is so bad towards their guest that it cannot be defined... Food is also not of good quality. Bed sheets not changed for decades only dried in the sun and given to the next customer..
