Zostel Rajgundha

I had the most beautiful stay here, to reach property you have to take a 5 min hike from the road. However, the room gives a spectacular view of the mountains & valley. And just below some 100 steps away lies beautiful meadow where the sheep graze, horses run & cows laze freely, there are lush pine trees in the shade of which you can lay & catch up on some reading or just be...spot some pine cones as a souvenir !!❤️ Only thing I want to know is whyyyyy Elon musk paintings & quotes everywhere!!!! Whyy!!

It is one the most beautiful zostel locations. The area around is mystical, the meadow, horses grazing, cascades flowing. The route to this zostel is definitely difficult. The stuff is really humble and helpful. The food is also good.

It was a beautiful accident that I booked this place thinking it was in Barot. It was only after reaching Barot I got to know about the 22 km difference. The road on the way up to Rajgundha is very beautiful and green. You will ofter encounter small villages with their small vegetable farms covered over with plastic. The hostel is the best in the whole region. Met some very good and fun people here. I miss the coffee 😞. The view is so calming, I often found myself staring towards a nearby pine grove they were so picturesque. The bonfires and night sky are to die for. The dogs around are very cute friendly even after getting daily scoldings from kitchen crew for eating the trout fishlings. I'll come here again someday on a nice motorcycle.

I stayed in the property in minus 2 degrees temperature and my experience was very discomforting because there was nowhere to go when I felt cold during the day. They light the bonfire only at night but they don’t even provide decent heaters/blowers during the day. They did give us a heater but it was barely working. At one point, I felt I will freeze. The property is good but they have not customized it as per the weather. When its too cold, you will not feel comfortable here. Staff was good.

Had a really enjoyable stay at Zostel Rajgundha. Extremely pretty views, lots of peace and quiet, tasty food and a very welcoming staff that makes you feel cared for. Will likely return again at some point in the future.

The place is so beautiful and cozy. The Food is soo good and tasty and the setting area also has amazing vibe. Also the people are very helpful and polite ❤️. Overall my experience in zostel (Rajgundha) is amazing

Awesome place to hang out with friends, family, couple and also for a solo trip.The valley's mangnificence embroidered with tapestry of yellow mustard,the cool serene zephyr,the gurgling water of marrow stream ,spring flowers blooming everywhere to leave their remark make it a must visit place in spring(march-april -may).Trout fishing is available .You can even catch one and get itself cooked to cater your palate.Two hours drive from Bir billing,Forty minutes drive from Rajgundha.
