This hostel will always be close to my heart. Great people, great views and comfortable stay. The staff is really helpful and kind, especially Manoj. There's also a cute kitty who loves to cuddle with the guests here.

The rooms were a bit dusty but it was really cozy, the whole hotel is quite cozy. There were games in the common room which we can play at any time of the day. They have a really cute and friendly pet cat. The staff was reallyy good, the receptionist was helpful and amazing. I really enjoyed my stay here.

I recently stayed at Hotel mitra Stay for two nights and had an overall excellent experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a comfortable bed and a great city view. I especially appreciated the complimentary coffee and well-stocked minibar. The bathroom was pristine, with high-quality toiletries and good water pressure in the shower. The hotel’s location is ideal—within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and public transport. I also tried their on-site restaurant for breakfast, which was delicious and reasonably priced. The only downside was the slightly noisy street traffic at night, so light sleepers might want to request a room on a higher floor. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again.

I spent over a week at this hostel and was generally happy with my stay. It has comfortable beds, hot water, and great views from the rooftop terrace! Staff was great too, especially Aastha was very helpful and friendly. They have several hang out rooms and restaurant upstairs. And a cute cat!

Clean rooms, quite comfy beds with thick blanket and curtains, well working hot water in bathroom, quiet nearby streets at night. Moreover, good wi-fi and electric plugs, water fountain next to reception to refill your bottle and save plastic, chill rooftop, tiny but friendly common room and place close to a few very good restaurants. Finally, excellent and welcoming young staff that makes their best so you have a nice hostel stay. Thanks again!

Staying at Mitra Hostel was one of the best parts of my trip! The vibe of the place is warm, friendly, and full of positive energy. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, and the common areas had a great setup for both chilling and meeting fellow travelers. A special shoutout to Atul, the manager — he truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. His helpful nature, easygoing attitude, and local tips made my stay even more enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and the hostel. Had a trip with friends and after alot of searching for stays, landed on this one. It's an excellent option for anyone searching for a stay in Mcleodganj. We chose the dorm room. It was spacious enough and clean with a balcony, great value for money. The staff was highly polite and chill. There's also a rooftop if you want to chill after touring the whole day that offers a relaxed and great view. All in all, highly recommended and pleasing stay. Also, say hi to Billu!!
