G HOTEL

I recently stayed at G-Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The air conditioning in my room was not working, making it incredibly uncomfortable, especially during the night. Additionally, the beds had noticeable stains, which was quite off-putting. The overall cleanliness of the room was far below acceptable standards. The service was also slow, and several promised amenities were unavailable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements.,one star is also too high for this hotel

The hotel staff was very unhelpful, the air conditioners weren't working, they made us change 3 rooms yet the ac was not functional in any of those rooms, the service was very bad. Staff was ignorant and rude, not recommended I would have given 0 stars if it was possible but it's a shame it's not This hotel does not deserve 4.2 rating on Google They did not refund any money when we asked to charge for no ac room either This hotel is not recommended at all

Hotel is in basement. No good look Servants needs extra money for simple services. Staff assured arranging auto in early morning.but Night' shift staff denied our requests to arrange auto by using third class behaviour by 5 sm. It was raining heavily outside, and they told us to wait in rain saying that it is your fate, They did not call any auto driver. Being a lodge authority they should have numbers of auto drivers. We both completely wet and stood in between road trying to call auto as our train timing was 5-30 am It is shameless to stay in such a hotel who does not care their customers inder such situations. So Don't stay in such a dirt quality staff hotel

Staff is entirely unhelpful and rude, even for senior citizens. We asked in advance for auto early morning to railway station, they promised to arrange but did not do. 5 am in the morning the receptionist tells us they dont have any auto contacts and refused to help further. My parents had to walk in rain to reach station.

Worst Experience! Without prior intimation for us our pre booked two rooms were allocated to some one else! We were traveling with an infant and faced problem!

The hotel is located in good locality. The maintenance is good and rooms are good. The bathroom is spacious and well maintained. The furniture could have been better. Except that a chair had stains on it, rest of it is good. The bed is well maintained. Parking is in cellar floor. The in-way and out-way is same for parking which makes it little difficult if there are more cars. There is no in-house restaurant but there are near by restaurants like Burger King, Kaustubha (Veg). Swiggy or Zomato delivery is available and so no problem with good. Not sure on Internet facility.

Visited on a weekend with family & friends... Seems like a new building but the maintenance is very poor as you see the lights in the video some are not working. The blankets and pillow covers are not good. Mainly no proper staff to take care of proper maintenance.

I have been to G Hotel to stay for a night on vacation and had a very bad experience. To start, there was a foul smell when we entered the hotel. The check-in experience was okay. About the room, the Lenin is the worst. The bedsheet, pillow covers and blanket all were soiled and when we checked at the reception on the same, they simply said that they are fresh Lenin with some oil marks which cannot be gone even with washing but I can see that it has some red stains allover. Finally they have changed the sheets after some discussion but the replaced Lenin was no better and we gave up on it. The AC stopped working in the middle and again when we checked at the reception, they mentioned that someone accidentally stopped the AC of our room from the main board. Last but not least, the receptionist was asking for tips during the checkout. Overall, we did not like the experience and not recommended.
