Hotel Jaya Residency

Room was average, floor was very wet when I checked in, not much TV channels available, health faucet was not proper Food was tasty, excellent sambar and Pongal, but service is below average, coffee was good. Check in and check out process was simple and fast. You should consider offering buffet for breakfast.

A long standing hotel in the heart of the town with budget friendly and comfortable rooms. My favourite dining place for a long time and the service is excellent and the ambience and the seating in the restaurant is really good. One of my relatives who has difficulty in walking and uses a wheelchair stayed here recently and the service rendered by the staff in helping him have a comfortable stay is just excellent. My best wishes to all of them.

Located about 10 min from Kakinada Town Railway Station. The entire credit of experience goes to the staff of Jaya Residency. The rooms are neat and clean, and the food is really very tasty. They have the best option to pack food for your travel. Definitely will be our go to place for our next visit to Kakinada.

This used be one of the best restaurants in town to have delicious food be it lunch or dinner. That is true. But , lately that does not seem to be the case. Today we went in for lunch, ordered Veg biryani, baby corn Manchurian and thali. We were disappointed with the starter it wasn't crispy, no toppings of cabbage or spring/ onion. The same went with the biryani, there was no salt, it was just bland rice served cold without raita. Thali seems to be fine. Of all this, service by the waiter is just a cherry on the cake. The one who attended us was reckless and rude. Couldn't get the name. It could use a little work on the food and service.

The hotel is having a banquet hall which is good to make small parties for 100 to 150 members, their service and food is also nice

We went to have lunch and they guys were really helpful. We asked for Jain food and they immediately prepared dal tadka and fries only for us. Taste of the food was really good. If you are around Kakinada and looking for pure vegetarian restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner I recommend the restaurant located at Jaya Residency
