This is waste hotel. No service providers. No room boys, no right management. Don't visit here.. 30 rooms but one room boy. They told reckless answer. No ranks

Rooms are quite clean, especially, bathrooms are clean and tidy. Ample car parking. Prominent location. Worth for money. Good to stay in Nellore

My experience with this hotel was so good, also it is definitely value for money. No where we get an AC room at a mere cost of Rs 1300 (This was the rate when I visited, this price may change based on market changes etc) I think this is the hotel situated at a better place in Nellore. The room is decently big and looked very new. They had all the basic amenities, the best part that surprised me was they had a smart TV which means you can browse youtube or watch movies on OTT. They also provided wifi which I did not expect. The location was excellent as you have everything nearby. Komala vilas is just few meters away which covers your breakfast, lunch & dinner. Railway station is just a KM away and other places are near. The team is also good and have been professional. I would recommend Poojitha Grand for all those who visit Nellore and wanted to stay in this place.

The service was horrible, the receptionist was very rude and demanded extra payment at checkout. The other staff keep harassing you for extra tip. The location of the hotel is horrible, the road ahead floods up during rains. A lot of mosquitoes in this area. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Rooms and property are very new, still some construction work is going on but it doesn't effect our stay. Good hotel for staying in this budget.
