I had a wonderful stay at this property! The rooms are very clean and meticulously maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant experience. The rates are very reasonable, making it a great value for money. The location is also very convenient, as it is just a short distance from Srinivasam, the bus stand, the railway station, and Tiruchanur. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and well-located accommodation.

Locality is ok(near bus stand) but price is overrated compared to the services. They don't know much Hindi or English so tough time talking. Rooms are pretty small, yet clean. Only space issue is there, otherwise it is ok with some mosquitoes. Connectivity to bus stand and auto stand is fantastic with local food shops.

I am a regular visitor of this hotel. This time there is a guy named sivanand. He is very rude and his behaviour was like, I don’t care if u don’t check in. He speak really rude. He is not fit to be in hotel industry. Advise to owner: If u want the customers to visit you again and again, dont keep this guy in this job. Every two to three month I visit tirumala and for the past one year i found this hotel friendly. But i never encountered this guy before. This time, this guy was in the reception and absolutely rude. Advise to customers : Better avoid this hotel, if u want a pleasant stay. And trust my words. If not, u will ruin your visit to tirupati/Tirumala

We have booked through make my trip and we paid extra money as compared to offline for the stay although the service was not good enough and they will only do the service if you go and complain in the reception else no room cleaning or anything and also they say hot water which will be only one bucket of water will be coming after you need to wait for 2-3hours to get the hot water

Worst service if you book online. I booked a room online, but when I arrived at the hotel, they refused to give me a room because they expect a commission. The staff at the reception told me there were no rooms available. I was left standing at the door. However, when another person asked for a room, they were given one for an extra amount, more than I paid online through MakeMyTrip. The staff is the worst.

Avoid Hotel Sikhara Stays - Disrespectful Staff and Scammy Practices I had a disappointing experience at Hotel Sikhara Stays in Tirupati. Despite the decent rooms, the stay was marred by the disrespectful and ill-mannered behavior of the staff, particularly the receptionist named Murli. Upon arriving at 2:30 am without a prior booking, I was quoted a tariff of 1200 INR for a day's stay. However, at the time of payment, I was asked for an additional 300 INR in the name of a security deposit. When I inquired about the refund process, Murli, who claimed to be the owner, responded rudely, questioning my trust and implying that I might not receive the deposit back at checkout. This incident left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. It's disappointing to encounter such behavior, especially in a place as spiritually significant as Tirupati, where one expects calmness and respect. I strongly advise against staying at Hotel Sikhara Stays and suggest looking for alternative accommodations in the area.

Stay ia great, managers are customer friendly. Price is also justifiable. 24 hrs checkin/checkout is the facility that we have to lookout. The only drawback is the locality is having wineshop nearby which makes discomfort especially when you are going with family.

Best and clean rooms and also it near to the main bus stop. The service is also great and also the room are worth the rate and also very very clean.
