Good stay. Only A/C rooms are available. Little bit difficult to get there due to some road work. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants are available nearby. Rooms are plush but the bathroom is okay okay. It's short on space and one have to adjust themselves to fit in there comfortably if you are on the heavier side. Other than that, its good. They even allowed us to check in earlier than the preferred time.

Very nice room with high-speed wifi, AC, TV all are working good and a nice budget friendly hotel. The receptionists are so kind and very helpful. I suggest this hotel for a peaceful stay in tirupati in the main area.

Zero Zero Zero star to this. My experience is very very bad. Very very poor ,pathetic hospitality. Don't have manners to speak to customers. No water supply in the total room itself.No water jug ,no electric kettle,no soap ,no towels....nothing u can find in the room. It is such a bad experience to me that never experienced in my whole lifetime travel. Don't ever choose this at any cost, you will suffer.

Booked a saver room and it was more than Hospitable. The rooms are well-maintained and cleanliness is given utmost attention. For the price I paid for this room I think you can't even buy a jeans in today's time. Staff are welcoming and cooperative.

Had booked a different hotel before starting to Tirupati but on reaching there didn't like it's ambience so started looking for alternate hotels and found PMR Guest Inn. Went there to inspect room and booked it after getting satisfied. Pros: Location: Present on main road so easy to find it and no problem for transportation.Opposite to Reliance mall. Room size: Most of the rooms are around 100 sft and only 2 rooms are bigger than this. Comfort: Even though rooms are small they are clean and maintained well. Bathrooms are also small but biggest advantage is every bathroom has dedicated geyser so hot water is available whenever needed. Most of the hotels are having common solar geyser in Tirupati so hot water is a concern in other hotels. Food: Hotel doesn't have in-house restaurant but there are many restaurants in walkable distance and also this hotel has tieups with couple of restaurants so menu are available in room for ordering from them or use zomato or swiggy to order food. Staff: They are very helpful and always there to guide if you are new to Tirupati. Parking: They don't have a dedicated parking space but there is open area opposite to hotel where they ask you to park vehicle. Dedicated lift is there for the hotel.

First the website said that it was a 24 hour check in system. Based on this premise we chose this hotel. However on arrival at around 7.30 am in the morning , the reception people informed that it was only 12 noon to 12 noon ( next day ). Citing this , they collected extra charges for checking in before 12 noon. So much for listing under OYO ! On top of this , there was no complimentary breakfast as promised at the reception display. The bathroom door had no proper alignment and as a result it could not be locked. Room is not very spacious for the rent charged. For the same amount, OYO rated hotels have larger spaces in my experience.
