OYO 19457 Brindavan Guest House

I wish that I could give this hotel a zero!!This is the worst experience ever anyone can ever experience and it is definitely not recommended. First we checked in one room and we thought it was a decent for the budget but there you go the problem started NO HOT WATER , THE A/C isn’t working properly so we complained, room service guy gave us a different ROOM we switch on the A/C after a few minutes there was fire coming from the A/C and it would caught on the curtain if we didn’t notice!!!! We called a staff member and he was blaming us that it’s our fault!!!!!!

Unless emergency, don't opt for this stay. We booked through Oyo. Bed and bathroom were really dirty. You can easily see spots. The toilet seat was broken in all bathrooms on that floor. For complimentary breakfast, they went out and got it from roadside vendor. Didnt bother to give cutlery to us for eating breakfast. Even the drinking water wasn't provided even after repeated requests. Next day they took the phone of my friend who did the booking in their hands and started giving feedback to themselves. When we confronted them, they said all your complains will be addressed, please give good feedback.

Bathrooms are not clean. Overpriced and worst staff and service. Just for telling the address of darshanam ticket counters, they will ask for money. They will help you forcefully and then ask for money. They will plead for five star rating. Bad staff and very rude. Complimentary breakfast was not even worth of 20-25 rs

Don't pay until you check-in else they'll cheat. Never pay in oyo until you check-in the room you booked the hotel management is very clever in cheating you. I had a very horrible experience with them. If you have to stay there make sure you get the room which was updated in the oyo app by the management , if not oyo won't refund. It's old building with minimal facilities, they won't even provide toiletries. If you pay in advance through oyo the staffs will try to manipulate you and provide the smallest room even if you book a suite room by giving you lame reasons like maintenance work , infestion etc. They are very greed and want to provide the bookings made by us to someone else who walk-in for higher rent so that they can get double pay for the same room. In my whole stay i had to fight with oyo customer care for resolution which i never got till the end. Money doesn't matter when you feel cheated. I would never step into that property again and i would never recommend this to anyone. Since it was a short stay of 2 days i don't want to file a suit against hotel management and oyo for their irresponsible behaviour. It's better for oyo if they remove such cheating properties out from their app if not oyo will die for good soon.

Room was good. But the staff wanted us to pay 300rs per room for ac. Even though we prepaid through OYO. As soon as another group came they didn't utter a word and gave them AC room. This guest house is located near alipri so it's convenient to head to tirumala if required. They didn't serve us breakfast as listed in OYO page.

+some rooms are spacious +Location is relatively close to the Balaji temple -it's basically an old residential building converted into lodging/guest house and it shows..it is understaffed. The main guy himself runs errands like bringing beverages. There's only one maid & one guy who helps around carrying luggage & stuff. -it's is advertised as the budget accomodation on goibibo with free WiFi , clean rooms , ac rooms & TV. Out of the 4 rooms we boarded not single one was ticking all those amenities. TV is out on 2 rooms , AC was not working on other two. When asked for WiFi/internet receptionist was so surprised we can even ask for such "luxury". Not a single room was thoroughly cleaned. Odd hairballs in corners , bedbugs (ढेकूण) to greet you in every other old furniture , muddy dog prints in the hallway. Sliding windows gets stuck because of dust. It might have been great place once..but it's falled down since with either disuse or negligence. -₹100 for 5 teas at this "budget accommodation"! -water is available 24 hours but hot water is dependent on solar heater which isn't even enough when hotel is full. Only first person got to use warm water , rest of us had to do with lukewarm. -no toiletries,clean pillowcases , dirty bedsheets. They just turned it upside down, when asked for new ones we were refused clean sheets , reason given was "no clean sheets available for big beds" all they have are big beds! How can they not have replacement sheets!?! -no parking available for guests

Lot of issues with brudavan guest house In that few main reasons for my negative feedback 1.) No proper response. 2.) Receiving charges with No billing process. 3.) Not be in line in commitment voice. 4.) There staff is coming inside of rooms without knocking the door. 5.) At least not providing milk for below 2 years Children after request also. 6.) No parking place vehicles can park in out side somebody hited my car in night time. 7.) Coman requirements also not there. 8.) no security available. And ETC, ETC, ETC, ETC ................

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Completely Unprofessional Staff. Oh, Did I say staff ? Only one person was there on the name of staff. That too very casual. I booked room with two beds but they gave me single bed room. When asked He wasn't aware of my booking. You will not find any RO or any other drinking water facilities. So beware.
