Reception was kind of hesitant to call customer who will reach hotel at 4 am and confirm that room is booked. In return reception asked customer to follow up with reception and get room confirmed. Generally hotel reception convince customers to book their hotel room. Weird reception staff. Felt kind of rude replies.
