Well. When you reach tirupathi during early hours by bus the common psychology is to book a hotel nearby. Many of us experienced high price low quality rooms nearby bus stand. I too did the same. After searching, I found this wonderful hotel at a budget price and good quality. I booked a single room worth Rs 700. The room is good. The bathroom is good. Staff are cooperative. Best hotel to stay near busstand.

I stayed here for 2 days as a solo female. The location is very good and everything is within walkable distance. And the best part is Old Uncle, who is very friendly, he takes care of you as his own daughter.

For low cost it is OK. But behaviour of the staff is worst. The only positive point is that old man who is a manager and works in night shift. All others are, what can i say, leave it. I stayed there for 10 days. I experienced a lot.

Best hotel with reasonable price of ₹1,300 for one day stay, bit noisy environment as right next to the main road not a quiet place. Room service was good with a helping nature.

Good for living.best for value but the rooms condition is not good.the people who work here have the worst behaviour.No food only rooms.By the way the location is best.Near it there is bus stand, station also movie theatre for movie freaks

The hotel rooms are good but the staff is pathetic. They demand a lot of tips and they scam you a lot. I overstayed for only 3 hours but they asked for almost 50% of the room rate. Plus my bus was a little bit late so I asked them that I want to wait at the reception area even they refused for that as well. The hotel has good potential but the manager should look at these pathetic staff.
