Absolutely worst customer hospitality and awful room service. They have manhandled my luggage, checked into my room and thrown my belongings in the valet security cabin because my check out was late by 1 hour as I was in the darshan... By the time I returned from the darshan to the room. I was extremely disappointed with my luggage in the lobby though I am a regular customer and I've checked into 2 rooms for 3 days. The staff still argues and justifies their mistake during our check out.

Waste hotel in tirupati. I suggest passenger to not go to this hotel. I hv taken 2 rooms for 3 days. Even they had not given extra 1 hours and thrown luggages. I was in darshan and it was extra for just 1 hour only

Best luxurious rooms in affordable price. I like their ambiance, service and has all facilities. I can say it's more than a 3* hotel.

Decent and cozy hotel in the centre of Tirupati city. Have stayed here twice in the last two years and am satisfied with my stay. Spacious rooms and a dedicated dressing area were the positives. Tariff was decent and I consider this stay as value for money. There's a restaurant attached, however it was not operational in full swing, probably because of an off season timing.

Worst room service no proper water supply and multiple sockets are not working. look for other alternatives stay away from this awful hotel

Located centrally in Tirupati, bus stand and railway station are nearby. Hotel is good, good service. AC rooms are available are cost effective prices, hot and cold usage water is available 24x7. They also have in house restaurant which serves all types of food (be it South Indian or North Indian). Overall good experience. You can look forward to book this hotel in case you are finding something in Tirupati.

Hospitality of the hotel was too good and the employees were also cooperative and well behaved. I loved my stay. The rooms were neat and clean.

We family members stayed here. Rooms are clean, neat and big but the biggest mistake is that there was no ventilation. I mean there were no windows ventilation and window view. There were windows but it was OTS and it was dark so no change for ventilation and air circulation. If you are a window lover then you will face some difficulties as I felt.
