MG IRIS HOTEL

Very poor upkeep of rooms with all old linen, bed sheets and pillow covers are very old, pale yellow and dirty. Bathroom is smelly. Overall not a good place to stay as no hygiene standards are followed

There was nobody at reception to check in. We had to wait 15 min for the receptionist to arrive. Room was spacious. Bathrooms are bad ...not nasty but bad. Parking facility is good . Restaurant can be used only for morning breakfast which was okayish. Reception is very bad. They do not even have paper in printer to print receipt!

We stayed two days at the hotel and it was disappointing. To begin with there were no receptionists at all in the front desk. The linen we’re torn. We had to ask for the toiletries multiple times. The complimentary breakfast was terrible. Definitely not a three star hotel

Good location near to railway station, bus stand and Govindaraju temple. Good thing is 24hours check in and checkout are allowed through direct communication via phone(But not valid from Makemytrip or other hotel websites). Extra checkout hours are also allowed with minimal charges. Complimentary breakfast is good but very limited options. Cons: There were cockroaches crawling across the room. Price wise little high. Very less food options in the restaurant.

I hd a 2 days stay here with my family. Clean room n decent service was provided. Hot water was not a problem!..brkfst quality also good. Well located n easily accessible by modes of transport Overall a good experience!

I did midnight checkout from this hotel with my family eventhough i paid the full amount Reasons: 1. your valubles are not safe. I went for darshan to govindaraj temple and was shocked to see my room open full wider on my return, when asked about the same to receptionist he answered some cleaning lady might have opened for cleaning with master key. I am not sure how can they justify the act that too this happened after 7:30 pm 2. At night i can see few beer bottles in the corridor and i see few knocking the door unnecessarily where i was really worried and immediately left the place. Please reconsider while booking with family

I stayed at this hotel for three days, and it was a good experience. The staff were well-behaved and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. I had a room with a mountain view, which I liked, and the terrace was wonderful.

Well on a first glance hotel is at prime location, but the facilities they arranged are third class one, I booked the room through goibibo, they have given blankets ,towels and pillows which are torn and filthy , I called the reception and asked them to change, no one cares it. With the money I paid for this hotel, I could get some other good hotels, near by tirupati bus station. Better don't go , if you wana try this at your own risk, it's ok
