They act as controllers. 24*7 hot water is a lie. They will switch off the main connection after half an hour of getting it switched on by repeated calls to them. They have the main operator switch from reception. Wifi password they don't share. Staff are also told not to share.

Location is good and service staff is good. Rooms are cigarette smoke smell and had to get a room freshener. Maybe they should charge the customers if anyone smokes in the future. Its energy efficient and had to use the room key to turn on the power to the room.

I have been a hotelier from 6years I Run a hotel myself, but never did like this to my guests or never a incident Like this happened. 1st of all I came at 5am and its a 24hr check in hotel it's 2500 per day which is not worthy of that money, still i took cz it was early morning so i needed it. I required an late checkout on next day so I asked them is it possible, The night shift receptionist said till 10am will charge you 1200, which is 5hrs not even half day but again still I said OK. Thy charge you double of the per day saying we take advance 1 day and while check out will return the amt again I paid it.. Fun starts from here no towels in the room by the way, We slept and woke up and left for darshan of lord Venkateshwara and came back late so we slept till 6am nxt Day morning, remember our checkout was suppose to be by 5am, but ya 1hr it's extra so I woke up and myself went to day shift receptionist to ask bout the late checkout which I spoke, lol he started saying tats not possible cz I hv already extend your booking till tmrw , I said OK but I required late checkout cz I hv a train to catch at 5pm in same wt will I do with full day room if iam not staying, see I understand even iam hotelier so if I have not said or request fr late checkout then you can say my fault I hv a request. I asked him plz do help in this but day shift receptionist was so rude to us saying 'I don't know no one informed me u hv said fr night shift guy not fr me so it's not my fault, I called the night shift receptionist in front of him in speaker he accepted tat yes sir till 10am 1200 will charge after tat full day. Still this guy said I already counted as tdy extension so not possible to do anything, iam like what! Is this service is this a hotel 1st of all, I was like wt did I do, he also said 'sir don't irritate me in the morning itself ' iam like wow I was so polite to him but this guy has the audacity to sat things like this, I was like ' sir u do one thing extend our room will leave anyhow i don't care bout the refund but atleast accept ur mistake u are doing wrong service this is not how u shud treat your guests', he cudnt keep quite again he said sir its not my fault it's ur fault u shud come n ask me bout the extension if u say fr night shift staff I don't know , u shud say fr me also . I was done here I don't want to speak anything more bur my humble request fr all devotees out thr who are coming here thinking it Will be good experience plz don't come to this hotel , then if u still come here enjoy the rude behavior of the staffs.

These people use auto drivers to get Clients for their hotels and while checking out even after requesting for some extra time they don’t even allow us to get ready and check out..they will send room boys to knock the door and they wait at the door till we get out…doesn't have some sense that ladies and children are getting ready…above that they made us pay extra for the hr we stayed…making us pay and also such behaviour is not acceptable…

The hotel is located near the bus Stop, the hotel is clean and good , for the water bottle needs to pay the amount , for room service you need to pay the amount , while vacating they while ask you tips directly , no complementary water bottle given , important thing you need to pay advance amount for the room . Families can visit the hotel Parking space is available room traffic is 1500rs per day it is 24 hrs .

Great place to stay, good rooms, close to the bus stand. Only negative point is that the approach road is small and if it rains lot of water gets collected which makes it very difficult to walk.

High rate with low and very poor facility.. no hot in geezer before 8.30 Pm... Switch is made off from reception and we have to request to make it on... No hot water to drink in room ... Staff asking for tip and insulting if given not as per their expectations।।।।।।

Rooms are manageable, the service is a bit too slow and the location absolutely sucks. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Try booking a room in a nice decent hotel before coming here, do NOT ask the auto driver to take you to a nice hotel as they will bring you to this abomination of a lodge. An insight on the location, it is located in a small and shady alley with tons of potholes. The rooms were too expensive for what they offered.
