Treebo Hotel Sls Grand Tirupati

The behaviour by receptionist at checkout was highly unprofessional and was behaving in a way that he is the owner who is just not interested in doing his job and shows his frustration on customers for no reason. Why would any customer after lot of hour's effort to see the beloved god and in a pleasant state would take tantrums of random person? Receptionist doesn't even have basic common sense on how to communicate to customers. He said don't visit again if you want to voice your opinion. Definitely no one wish for such disgusting behaviour at checkout. If he himself saying to not visit the hotel again and getting into argument for no reason, why would anyone visit this hotel? Is this the behaviour of a business manager should be? Definitely not worth to stay at this hotel

The building and facilities were good. We booked 15 rooms for family and it was very well cleaned and maintained. Location is quiet and not far from main Tirupathi bus stand. Pavan Kumar who is the receptionist took care of all things efficiently. Breakfast not really good and average !

"This is a budget hotel. We stayed here for one night, and the facilities were decent for the price they charge. The breakfast in the morning was also good (don't expect anything extravagant). There is parking available for up to 6 to 8 Cars, and we had no trouble finding a spot. Overall, it's worth the money

Rooms are just okie. Rooms don’t have complimentary water bottles, toothbrush/toothpaste. Only thing is there is water heater and water supply in bathroom is good. But the room is a bit smell. Smell is coming from the wash basin sink. Towels are not clean.

I am writing this review with deep regret that hotel reception area very rude. Their hospitality is less than third class hotel I don't know how treebo tied with these. They vl not change towel, not give toothbrush kit, not shaving kit. no intercom, no tea bags nothing except room without A/c that also they vl operate sitting at reception. Upon asking they said they change above all atleast if u stay more than 10 days. It's not worthy to spent that much on this below third class hotel. Breakfast and Tea/coffee don't even ask how it will be.

Very very hygienic rooms. Customer friendly service.nearer to bus station. Simply Wow. It is opposite to Srinivasam complex. Workers are very friendly. I suggest everyone to choose this trebo for family those who are visiting tirupati.

Worst , there were cockroaches on the bed , in the blanket and there were stains on the bed sheet, the washrooms were not clean, the towel was torn, the pillow cower had holes in them, and did not serve breakfast. I myself have been to much better hotels nearby to this hotels in much better prices

I recently stayed at Treebo SLS grand and had an exceptional experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, The lodge is situated in a convenient location, Overall, I highly recommend
