Large and wide hotel and that reflects in their room sizes as well. Very good quality linen and bedding. Well laid out bathroom and room Amenities. Power backup comes up immediately. They are taking a lot of interest in managing such a huge property well. Very conveniently located.

Rooms are good but had bad smell in the room. Bathrooms seemed to be designed dry but the curtains don’t run long enough to keep the water off the shower. Lunch is 500rs per person and options are not many. Better eat out for half the price. Breakfast is included but again the items are very limited. Service in the dining is extremely poor for the price we pay. They were rushing us to finish eating, not sure why. Overall, not worth paying 6000rs per room.

During our one-day stay at Kences Hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, providing ample space for myself and my two daughters. The room featured sufficient cupboard space, and the bed ensured a comfortable night's sleep. We opted for the buffet package for meals, and were impressed by the wide variety of delicious food offered at an affordable price. The staff were highly attentive and responsible throughout our stay, enhancing our overall satisfaction.

My two-day stay at Hotel Kences was unfortunately underwhelming. The breakfast buffet was quite limited and very bad, offering few options. The cleanliness of the room was also a concern, with unclean bed sheets. Despite requesting a replacement at 10 PM, the service was never done and unsatisfactory. Overall, the experience was far from ideal. I would rate the hotel as just average.

Our stay was not so good at all. WiFi was not working inspite of changing 2 rooms. Staff was getting irritated. 13th morning at the breakfast time we found a cockroach near the sandwiches that were kept. It was just brushed aside by the waitress and she did not even wash her hand. Unacceptable.

Hotel has great hertiage. It is very close to centre and easily accessible. However i experienced 1) TV are old model, my room got tv with damaged screen 2) Pillows are very huge, gave neck ache 3) Bathrooms are small and felt older Rest all are good. Also renovations works are being done to maintain it new as much as possible. Pros: 1) Huge parking 2) In house dining and Bar 3) Proximity to city and near to Bus stand 4) Prices are modest to affordable 5) Service is good

My stay at Kences Hotel was quite disappointing. The service provided by the front lobby staff was unfriendly, which made the check-in process unpleasant. Additionally, the room service was below average, with slow response times and a lack of attentiveness. To make matters worse, when I requested a receipt for my payment, I was informed that they had already closed the billing for the night at 1 AM and could not provide it, which was very inconvenient. Overall, I would not recommend Kences Hotel due to the poor customer service and lack of professionalism.
