Hampi Block

The room was perfect and everything was good but I gave 4 stars because of receptionist attitude towards its customers. He delayed and denied our request to extend the room even though we only stayed 1 day. He tried to give only 1 room while we were leaving even we had 2 rooms earlier because of bigger family. They even don't have proper coordination as which room is empty. NEED MANAGERIAL IMPROVEMENT.

Since continuous floating crowd, very little efforts are put to maintain the premises. Basement car parking access, exit and parking is challenging - Leaking water, bandicoots, construction waste etc. No calling bell, no main switch outside to switch off power in the room completely. Remote control ceiling fans are provided which is not justified as any guest can unintentionally or (intentionally)pack the remote. Lots of scope for improvement.

Excellent location of this place very near to Sri Venkateswara temple. The rooms are not managed well and are in bad condition. In our case false ceiling work is itself incomplete and the hotel management has offered no amenities like wifi, packaged drinking water and no room service for basic things like tea coffee. The management will ask you Cash deposit before checking in and the amount varies based on the type of room you have booked. In our case for a one day booking of two rooms it was more than the room rent itself (6k). ATMs are nearby which will needed for most of them checking in this place The rating I have given is simply for the locality and nothing else.

Nice double rooms to stay..neat, clean, spacious, hot water available, air-conditioned. Chairs available for waiting. Close to Main Balaji temple, behind Laddu counter, opposite Museum. Walkable to Main Balaji temple. Had a pleasant stay😊

I contacted the number given in the website. They have got the payment . I want to cancel they are not providing the refund. Anyone please contact and provide the refund. They got money 1st for 2500/- for suit room. Again they told to do the payment 2500/- anyone from hotel please contact me. I have proofs for my payment. I just want to cancel. They have blocked my number. This is fraud. Don't book from the number given from website. If I am not contacted by today evening I am giving complaint. The person is very rude. They didn't provide me proper reply. If anyone can help me please message

Negatives: Bathroom commode doesn't have enough pressure. So have to flush multiple times. Roof POP has fallen apart and all the internal plumbing exposed. So when the above room flushes the commode then you hear and watch the pipes rumble everytime. They don't provide extra bed, blanket or pillow, period. Staff is also not very helpful due to limited resources. And the cherry on top is they charge 2800 rs for the basic room itself and don't even provide 10% of the value.

The guest house Hampi is good. Very close to the temple. Well maintained rooms, lawn and surrounding areas. The staff is adamant. No smile on their face. Totally demotivated staff working including the receptionist.

This block within karnataka pravasi Mandira at tirumala is very close to the Balaji temple . We need to book for accommodation online. However until 8.30 am the rooms would not be alloted. The bathrooms need maintainence to be more hygienic. The price is ok. They would collect caution deposit while providing the room keys and needs to be in cash.
