SPOT ON 4674 Sujan Residency

Never book room here at any cost. I had booked this hotel for my family of 7 members including 2 children aged 1 and 6yrs And we reached hotel by 9pm but the receptionist denied to provide the booked rooms by saying they don't accept bookings from OYO. This is really unfair and after requesting him he said i will have to pay 500 extra for each dirty non ac rooms apart from what OYO has charged. Very cunning people and in entrance fridge they have also displayed alchohol!!! I Don't suggest at all. If you don't want to face issues then please don't book this hotel.. Really disappointed.

Worst experience at this hotel right from check-in to check-out. We arrived in the night and the staff says they haven't received any booking via OYO. And it was first time booking with OYO as well. So, it was a total nuisance to call the OYO guy and asking for clarification and then providing a worse negotiation. I had booked two non-a/c triple rooms but the hotel ended up giving me only 1 room and charged for an extra person as well as we were 4 in number. Don't ever book in this kind of hotel and most importantly not to book any hotel via OYO. Total disappointment for creating such unnecessary issues.

Old manager was very good, he is very helpful and now he is on leave so one more guy was there while we visited this place. He refused to provide us rooms than next day my parents want AC room so i don't have options than this place, so i booked it through Oyo rooms after paying extra 800 he told us vacate the room by 1am, Actually i booked the room same day from 11am to next day 12pm. Ridiculous. Please be careful they will charge more that Oyo room booking prices

We asked for extra money, no service of any kind, no hot water, no TV, no room on the terrace, no soap, but the servant did not give the service, but forced to ask for a tip.It should be informed that this is a hotel and not a lodge. We used to get a hotel with AC next door for so much rupees. We complained and said that it was Oyo who cheated you and not us

It's very very worst room and customer care service. I never seen before like this. After full payment to Oyo check in room manager asked 600 rs. Oyo customer care not picking up call. Don't choose this hotel on room

Rooms are wide enough but not as clean as expected. Only 1 towel per room is provided where 2 people are staying. Parking is little tight and it takes some effort to park a bigger car.

Decent place. It has 24hrs checkout option. Rooms are clean; I wouldn't say affordable. For 4 ppl room (we checked in at 2am n checked out at 10.30am) they charged us 1600rs (non ac). Ac one is 2500rs for 4 ppl.

Worst hotel i have seen dont ever try to book in oyo. Sulab complex rest rooms was better than this hotel rest rooms. Don't get blamed with oyo gallery about this hotel.
