Location was ok .. there was no car parking.. car has to be parked in a near by Galli.. geyser was not working.. sink in the washroom was leaking.. complained about it to the management.. they said the manager would come and visit but there was no one who visited .. the only good thing about the room was the fan and AC were working very good .. better avoid this accomodation and checkout an alternative with a lower price near the temple

This hotel is equippped with the worst receptionist she does not even know how to behave with the guests. They don’t even provide water and charge extra money on mrp for water bottle. When asked about car parking she told to park on the road without even hesitating and told it is not their responsibility for the vehicle parking. The rooms they smell like garbage and they don’t even have proper ac.

We had very bad experience in hotel service and very poor response from the staff. Management has not taken any action the hotel management and service. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Well…frstly ur warmly welcomed by an arrogant and least bothered receptionist…who just said wait we are cleaning rooms..aftr we finally got our assigned room intially..we switched on the a/c and gyser..whch had a power trip they said it happens we wil assign u a different room and we then we got a second room wonderfully gyser is not working when asked the hotel management they said it is not working anywhr thats not suprising then handed over water heater..we found creepy centipedes in our room..after all these circus u enter to take bath the tap when turned on it came to ur hand and shower also is the same…the list goes on..at one point we were also tired and frustrated to call the reception with complaints never had such an horrible experience..aftr all these they still have audacity to ask us for tip..for such an amazing experience i seriously feel someone shuld look into this and kindly get this sorted out

Very bad experience reciptionist behaviour and way of talking with customer is not good as we given complaint against bad bathroom smell in bedroom and also cockroach smell we request them to change room no response

Maintainence is very good, excellent staff with polite behaviour, I stayed two days with my family, I fully satisfied with this hotel aminities.

The rooms are good and clean, but the price is a little bit high. You can find lower budget options with similar facilities. However, if you decide to stay here, I recommend selecting only a suite or ultra deluxe room. The deluxe rooms are not spacious and the facilities are not as good, such as the AC and TV
