Hotel RN Grand

Very bad experience. Never recommended. Fake old pictures posted in google. Never believe the hotelier pictures. By seeing the pictures, i booked this hotel offline and i checked in the hotel. Room was completely dusty, the room will make you more harm to allergic. Hot water was not coming and they replied, solar heater system is failed and no hot water on the day of rainy day. Bathroom was pathetic, water clogging was there and not draining at all and you have to bath in dirty water. Lot of mosquitos in room. towels are dirty and stains. They will no provide any soap, shampoo. It is not hotel, its just a lodge. But they charge like 3 star hotel. Receptionist guys are more pathetic and they doesn't know what is customer service. they simply argue with you and justify. Even they start fighting with you. No restaurant in hotel. Adjacent building is under construction and you will not have peaceful stay in hotel. Never recommended. Worst stay in my life. No option to give 0 Star.

#1 Doors doesn't seems to be sound proof. Lot of disturbance for the entire day. During Day time, you can clearly hear traffic sounds, Can hear lot of door open close sounds whenever adjacent rooms opened / closed. During night time, again traffic sounds + happy birthday songs from adjacent rooms :) #2 hot water depends on solar system and it was not working due to bad weather. #3 Though rooms were clean , and makes value for money for one day - we didn't get sound sleep because of the sounds through out the day. #4 Restaurant is not available with in this hotel. I won't prefer this for a couple / families who expects good sleep.

-Bathroom Hanger rod should be there to keep clothes. -Tea,Coffee,Sugar packets to keep 2 Sets in room. -Towels only 1 given for double room..Should give 2 -No tooth paste in room

Located at Governerpeta . Rooms are good and service is also nice.They can provide only tiffins in the morning based on the order

The rooms are good. The service needs to remove. The two boys were always after the guest to give thrm orders to bring food from outside. Parking is there.

I forgot Sony Headphone on 15.04.2024 during checkout and returned to my native place. After one week, Suchitra receptionist called me and confirmed that Sony Headphone is available with them. To my joy, I collected the same. Hospitality is good and Morning South Indian breakfast is Yummy.

Rooms are good and clean AC is good but worst part is service. Food is not available for lunch and dinner in house hotel restaurant is not available not complimentary breakfast
