Don't know what's the problem between oyo and hotel management. Hotel management is not accepting bookings from oyo app.. they have refused to give room for booking price, they are demanding extra amount. Especially male receptionist is very rude , he is using bad language about oyo for showing less prices in oyo app.. it's your collaboration,your headache. Why should a customer has to suffer for this? If you are not accepting bookings, then remove this hotel from apps like oyo and all. We have booked room for 1100, but they asked us to pay 1500 and we paid it due to helplessness. Worst experience, this is happening from past 4 or 5 times.. Never want to stay there.

On Last Sunday 13-7-25 i booked a duplex room through MMT and it is corporate corporate booking and that rooms was denied and they allowed to check-in in a classic room named, however this room was literally very very bad condition on walls I found someone identified objects which we cannot express through the words. I seen too many unmarried couples are getting check-in and going out from the hotels which is not at all safe for families to stay here and in the room which I said in the morning I open the tab and I'm getting only hot water which we cannot able to take a bath or even do wash our face my hands are got burn and I told housekeeping guy they saying sorry for that by mistake they turned on only hot water, if you child is getting bath over there unfortunately unknowingly , think of that, and they are selling all beverages in extra cast over MRP they saying that it is approved by their management, they will not give to the MRP.

It's a horrible hotel with no basic amenities and ethics. Inspite of booking a room and paying the full amount on goibibo, I was denied a check in telling me the rooms are full at 11 30 pm in the night. I was a single lady travelling. The receptionist Mr. LAKSHMI NARAYANA was absolutely rude, asked for extra money telling me that only suite room was available and when asked why they accepted the booking when the rooms were full, started verbally abusing me and had to call up the police at midnight 12 30 for the intervention. I've also noticed PROSTITUTION kind of things going on at the hotel. This hotel is not at all suitable for families or single women. Please be careful when booking.

Took room there for attending an exam for my wife....very horrible.... receptionist lady rude and arrogant...rooms not clean...stray dogs in front of hotel and one inside.

Overpriced alot not good quality rooms even 12hrs cost was 1800 very bad pricing the rooms were not worth the money not sound proof and also staff denied entry of food delivery partners very bad experience the electricity outlets were broken everywhere even in bathroom

Of all the hotels I’ve been to till date, this was the best one. Really clean, well maintained, hot water available throughout the day time but not during night. But one thing I didn’t like was, I was offered 400 discount if I pay online but receptionist guy Narayana wanted me to pay offline. He said if I pay or paid online, they would’ve cancelled my stay. Except that, staff are really helpful and good.

Had a very bad experience with the hotel. They charged 2 days rent for only half day stay as timings was not according to them. Shifted us to suite room due to electric issues without letting us know about being charged for the suite room. Room didn’t seem suite type also. Poor maintainance with bad smell. The manager was very rude, shouted at me badly. He was disrespectful and aggressive when I tried to request for being fair in charging extra. His behaviour was too unprofessional and rowdy. Such behaviour is condemnable.

I decided to stay at this hotel with my family after going through the positive reviews and the rating. The rating doesn’t justify the actual stay experience at this hotel. The room are just average, AC wasn’t working properly, bed sheets and the blankets are worst, got lot of marks and stains on them. Two star is for the staff who were very supportive and fulfilled all our needs. And this property is not operated my OYO as they claim, OYO is partnered with them. Check in experience not good
