Rooms are good. The hotel is in a good location. But the service is very poor. They kept a torn blanket while I checked in. I stayed here for 3 days and daily asked to change the blankets. But the service staff just said we will change soon. But they didn't change. I booked through booking.com and while checking in i faced issues with reception staff. They are arrogant, impolite and careless. I won't recommend this hotel. After posting the above review, the owner tried to respond by commenting below, which i didn't quite understand. But i understand that he is trying to blame the customer by selling his lies (that the customer shouted at the staff and asked for a refund.). Instead of improving your service, you are blaming every customer. Nice work. You will definitely go from 3.8 star rating to 2 star rating within no time with this attitude. Miru abbadhalu cheppagalaru .. but mi hotel lo unna beds and blankets photos chepthai yedi nijamo... Shame on you.

We had visited the hotel for afternoon lunch. we reached late by 3 - 3.15pm, they said its closing time only biryani and prawns fry are available. we agreed to take it as it was late and closing time for hotels. The order was confirmed by the person taking order. After 20 mins we got biryani which was all cold and it was literally like fried rice and somehow mixed with white rice. Also the waiter madam told us by mistake instead of prawns fry they have made prawns curry which was surprising. We refused to take the food as it cold and adjusted and we had daughter 5 yrs to eat with us. We would have respected them if they would have said, sir hotels closed and we cannot serve you. but adjusting like this is not acceptable. I have visited many hotels and i always put honest and genuine review. This experience was really bad.

Rooms are good but not maintained properly, I have stayed there for half day and have booked through oyo. The reception people were so arrogant and don’t have any respect towards guest. I would normally give 3 star but due to the reception people attitude, I am giving 2 star

My recent experience at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon entering the room, we were greeted by an overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke, despite booking a non-smoking room. After complaining, they moved us to another floor, but the issues persisted. The bed sheets and pillow covers were clearly unchanged and unclean, even after requesting a replacement. In the middle of the night, we were attacked by a horde of bed bugs, resulting in numerous painful bites. Upon inspection, we discovered an infestation in the bed. Despite changing rooms again, the overall experience was incredibly uncomfortable and unsettling. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, as it fails miserably in maintaining basic cleanliness and comfort standards.

They will ask you for more money than the booking website price, and if you complete payment through the website, they will argue and make a nuisance , The room is the worst part, there are several cockroaches in the room with stained marked bedsheets, the bathroom is unclean and used, Bad experience
