OYO 18698 Hotel New Prince

I wish google would have allowed us to provide negative rating, because Hotel New Prince is THE PERFECT sample for NEGATIVE rating. This hotel and hotel management is the example of how hotel and management should not be. I had very very bad experience with this hotel. Hotel owner is running hotel only for money. He is not having any concerns with customer's stay. Rooms were in very bad conditions, spider webs and dusty floor. Bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. There was no bucket available in washroom, and when provideed it was broken and owner had excuse that all rooms were full. Owner is very arrogant and irresponsible and best example is that when I requested him to repair water jet of washroom he asked me to adjust. It was very bad experience and just because city was completely new i had no choose than to stay in such a pathetic hotel. I would not recommend this hotel at all. -10 star from my side

I won't refer to stay here. All the services are worst. Actually there is no services at all. No drinking water providers, waiting time is long, no food providers. All in all you only have to arrange everything like water, food, washroom things, etc. They won't even provide you hand wash/soap. Worst experience ever. Me and my friend suffered a lot for everything. Every time we had to go out, if me needed something.

First of all remove it from oyo because if u book also they don't give the rooms who booked on the app and the condition of room is worst and they give u the room if u give them their demanded room rent & commig to the condition of the room, it was completely filled with stinking smell and no hot water no soap etc and very bad regarding hospitality and they rate them self by taking our phone. Over all its not a hotel it's a haunted house even haunted house might feel better then this hotel. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Hotel manager is not too attentive for customer, and late response & bad behaviour of staff. Hotel staff ignores customer's complain. There is no locker in the room, the furniture and dinning area is not clean. The management must learn how to deal with other states tourist. They should maintain cleanliness and a hygienic environment in the hotel rooms, management should provide dustbin in rooms, lift doesn't work properly the service must be improvised.

Good for accommodation,the ac & non ac room available here,you may get variety food zone near this place. Not so far from railway station,it may take near about 20 mnt from railway station by car & max 30 mnt from airport (in regular traffic time). To reach at RK BEACH you may avail local auto . My overall rating is good,coz u have good room,good washroom,good hospitality,lift facility & fair rate on room. Good to spend your holiday with relatives & friends.

Pathetic service . They don't agree upon the price that's mentioned in our booking on the oyo. Moreover they charge extra if we want to use AC inside the room. Also the owner tried to get some more money from us by not returning the security money after providing us the rental scooty . Really a bad experience there.

The staffs are not well behaved with us. They did not want to provide us the rooms although we had booked the rooms before one month. After 2.30 hrs waiting, they provided the rooms but not those rooms for which I had talked. The rooms was very bad condition.

Dining space is very bad, room condition is ok but bathroom is not good enough, flush not work properly. Inspite of complain no action had been taken, doors were not been able to lock. No regular general channel were found except the local language. What a condition after half an hour rain it's just like flood all rooms and varanda's are floated. Waves are coming like sea beaches. Now we are squeeze bed covers, electric points are also drained. Look at the pictures to visualise the actual condition.
