OYO Hotel Wellfare Marina

A nice decent stay place. Rates are also affordable. Service was good. They had their own restaurants. But please avoid it taste and cost wise also not good.

I stayed in this hotel while coming back from Araku Valley. Since the train reaches at about 20pm I selected this hotel which is very near to railway station as well as airport where from I had to catch a early morning flight to Bengaluru.The room and bathroom were very good and clean.AC was good. WiFi was strong. Fridge and TV were there.Bed was very comfy.

I visited this hotel in the first week of May 2016. The rooms are good and so is the service. Did not have the time to check wifi. Not sure if it is there or not. However, ordered breakfast via room service which was tasty. ||||However, there are two problems:||1) Language problem (They understand only bits and pieces of Hindi or English)||2) They took 2000 advance from me in spite of me being on a company trip (They refunded the balance at check out)||||It is good enough for a day's stay.

Had booked this hotel for a business trip for 5 days. Upon reaching at 9 am to the hotel, they said to check in at 12pm and wait till that time as they denied early check in. Also, they said that as per their records, my booking was for 2 days only. After some argument, they said that we will extend the stay later. I had to book another hotel to refresh and rush to office. 1st day went as it was. 2nd day, the room service people came in to clean....they asked for tips, before starting their work. My spouse was kind enough to give tips, but they wanted more. 3rd day, after returning from local sightseeing, I had dropped my spouse at the hotel. As a courtesy, she asked the security guard whether he had dinner. He asked room number and upon knowing it, he said her to report at the reception. She went and the front office people said that we have to check out since 2 days booking is over. When I reached hotel, at the parking, the security guard told me to report at the reception. When I reached reception, he asked me to leave the room since he needs another guest to check in as he had paid cash, more than what I paid. It was 11pm when all this happened. I was in a soup and bit furious at that time. They said to pay 2 days rent in order to stay back. I immediately left the hotel and checked into other hotel where people and staff understand the term "Hospitality".||||Lunch if you order, it takes 30min for one dish to come. Prefer to stay at a lodge than such hotel.||||Would not recommend anyone staying in this worst place.

The room was really awesome the ambiance was soothing and i got a relaxing sleep after a hectic tour. Management was impressive and it took less time to check in. You can check in if you want to stay near vizag railway station. It will be the best choice

Clean hotel, Good house keeping, Courteous staff .... everything good. The only negative point is that the hotel doesn't have a kitchen. Otherwise it would be perfect place to stay.

The hotel equipped with 25 rooms all are with equal size and amenities .It has good restaurant, conference hall,lift facilities. it is backside of big bazar.It is the best hotel for group bookings and party meetings
