The best thing about this property is their location. But the rooms were a bit small and more care should be taken when it comes to cleanliness. But the service is good and yes complimentary Breakfast is also included in every package. But the breakfast option is limited but it's delicious. And it's a couple friendly property as well. The toiteries were not up to the mark.

I thought to give 4/5.. but I m giving 5/5. Reasons below : 1. Very near to beach 2. Well maintained rooms 3. Complimentary breakfast (which is okaish) 4. Good service 5. Affordable price for middle class 2800/- for couple and kids for Deluxe room. Improvement areas : 1. We saw 2 cockroaches. So they can use some repellent every now and then so this can be avoided. 2. Availability of few breakfast items is low (fruits, Juice) and the coffee machine is not working. They should be ready with the 2nd option.

First of all check in and check out times are not suitable for everyone especially from outsiders/visitors/travellers. Check in time is 12.00 PM how it is possible? We reached there by 7.00 AM. Next coming to maintenance, Lift and AC was nit working when we reached there. Rooms are not cleaned and TV not worked. Location wise too good because of beach and we will not get anything nearby, Complimentary breakfast is too good

The room was not cleaned, pillows had stains on it. Tea cups were dirty. Breakfast is not good, they get it from out so it was cold and not fresh. The only plus point is it is at a walkable distance from RK beach and submarine museum.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. During my visit, a rat entered my room through a slightly open window that was covered by a curtain. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice it until it was too late, and the rat ended up biting my finger. I was horrified and disgusted. For a hotel charging such high prices, basic hygiene and safety should be a priority. How can a rat make its way into a second-floor room? This is unacceptable and shows a lack of proper maintenance and care for guest safety. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. I strongly advise potential guests to think twice before booking here.

Definitely going to stay here again if I had to stay in Visakhapatnam. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay here. Rooms were very comfortable and nicely cleaned. Breakfast was included to the price I paid but couldn’t have it as I had to leave early in the morning hence can’t comment on the food.

Located near to RK beach at walkable distance. Rooms are tidy and clean. Bit expensive even in the off season as it's being located in prime area. You can find better options with the same price range but far from beach area.

The only best thing was the location and the people complaining about breakfast options, let me tell you hotel had bread butter and jam, idli, Vada ,plain dosa, juice, tea and coffee. They bring the breakfast from somewhere else to the hotel so don't expect that the breakfast would be hot and they would be serving you breakfast then and there. So for me breakfast was manageable as I didn't expect much. For me the main concern was the room. I mean the walls had flakes. The fan made loud sound. Washroom had a dirty bucket, bedsheets had stains, towels were bad, shower was not working, no AC remote.You have to control it manually empty shower gel bottles. Lol 😂. The room looked very old for me. Continuous bad smell. Maintenance is very bad. We didn't really request for any particular service so can't comment on that. Also, the receptionist is not responsive. I asked him if the room was clean and he made faces as if it was very obvious. I feel Visakhapatnam is a lovely city and one of my favourites. But the experience of a particular City also depends on a hotel you stay. So choose wisely.
