Treebo Seaesta Rk Beach

It's completely un-professionalism from treebo property. I booked a double bed deluxe room in Treebo Seasta RK beach on 15.08.2025 to 17.08.2025 for 2 days almost 15 days back. My booking ID was TRB-17536811517876. Once booking was done, I got confirmation from treebo and as well as I spoke with contact person of Treebo seasta RK beach and he also confirmed my booking. I paid 50% advance amount also. My aspirations was to stay near RK beach and enjoy seaview with my family. Suddenly on 15th August I got a message from treebo that, my booking was cancelled as I have requested. But I did not make any request to cancel my bookings. Then I called directly to treebo seasta EK beach and they said that, due to electricity problem in their property they shifted my bookings to another treebo property black & white. I went directly to that property and enquired by bookings. From reception, they said that I did not have any bookings here and they did not receive any calls also from treebo seasta property. They said I had to directly contact with treebo call center to sort out my issue. I tried to contact the call center but I did not get any proper response. In evening time I was feeling so helpless and I told receptionist to contact with treebo call center from their end. Then I spoke with call center person and told my problems. He said that, there is no scope of providing me bookings in treebo property near RK beach and only he had option to shift my bookings in treebo sucasa grand which is very far from RK beach. The time was almost 8 Pm night and I had no option to deny his offer. Because it was not easy for me to search new hotel with my family. I had to stay that property and this stay increased my day to day vehicle fares also between RK beach and hotel. I did not expect this kind of un-professionalism from tree property. At least they should have informed before and they replace my bookings in other property near RK beach.

Been there for 6 days and overall, it's a decent hotel but the service can be improved, hot water concerns to be addressed quickly and also morning breakfast buffet options can be improved. Location is also good. Walkable distance to RK beach. Only 2 water bottles are free for a day, rest are chargeable.

The location was good because it was located near RK Beach...but the room was ok. The AC in our room was continuously fluctuating... it is switching on and off by itself. The blankets were bit smelly and tore at some place. The breakfast was good, but only breakfast no lunch and dinner, which is a disadvantage.

There were small cockroaches but manageable. The hotel staffs were very polite and helpful. 24*7 warm water. Rooms were clean and tidy. Will recommend for this hotel.

Complete value for money and just beside submarine and other naval museums. Beach is just 200 meters away. Complimentary breakfast is good. Enjoy.

I recently stayed at Treebo Seaesta near RK Beach, and while the location is absolutely fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, the overall experience was a bit mixed. Positives: The location is excellent, especially for those who want to stay near RK Beach. You can enjoy morning walks and the sea breeze with ease. The breakfast was decent with a good variety for a budget hotel. Areas of Improvement: Unfortunately, the room quality was below expectations. The furnishings felt a bit worn out, and the room lacked the comfort and cleanliness we anticipated. Surprisingly, basic toiletries were not provided. When we requested them, we were told they are chargeable — which was quite disappointing, considering it's standard courtesy in most hotels. There was also no in-house restaurant, which made dining a bit inconvenient during certain times. For the same price range, I would highly recommend Treebo Hotel Lalitha instead. During our stay there, we found the staff much more courteous, the rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped, and they have a great in-house restaurant that adds to the comfort. Treebo Seaesta has potential, especially due to its location, but needs significant improvements in service and room quality to truly match the expectations of travelers.

Rooms were ok, AC kept turning on and off by itself, and the blankets were like they needed a wash but the bathroom was neat and they had hot water, but there was no landline so we couldn't contact the staff.... And service was ok, there was only breakfast and no lunch and dinner... The best part is the location because it was walkable to RK beach and also there were other places to visit nearby.

This is late review (for my visit in May-June 2024) went to Vizag for atleast 4 times, within city. The one thing which was good, is its location. I was there on a business trip for 3 days but I waited to get out of the place as early as possible. The rooms were not upto the mark, smelly and the linens had spits all over it. The food was arranged from a nearby local vendor so can't expect much. I would say the prices were a lot higher in comparison to the rooms provided. Thr hotel has too much potential to prosper considering the location, but the service is not par with the prices charged. Hope the team has worked on it and the conditions are better now.
