We stayed here for 3 days during 2025 Sankranti holidays.. This is a new property around 2-3 months old (as of Jan'25).. Truly value for money..I strongly recommend if you are looking for budget friendly but premium feeling.. Good things - 1. Very close to RK Beach.. You can take a small walk to the beach.. 2. Rooms are fresh, big, clean and premium.. Very clean bed covers and blankets etc.. 3. Clean and spacious bathroom with premium fittings.. 4. Staffs behave politely.. To be improved - 1. Reduce follow ups and provide the things (toiletries, water bottle bath towels) in advance. 2. Provide hot breakfast and increase the space to sit.. Currently it is only 3 tablets.. 3. Car parking - as of now only 3 to 4 small cars can fit in.. First come first serve basis.. I had to park my car on the road for 2 days..
