This is not hotel, this is a service apartment. Location is great, those are looking to stay near of the beach and rooms are really big. Try to take bathtub facility room. Rs. 2400 per night. Service is very poor and horrible. No nearby shops or restaurant. Food options are very limited. Beach is very nearby. Little bit isolated place. If you wish to receive some discount , contact Devi Madam directly. She is a very cooperative lady. She knows Bengali language also. Best place for Honeymoon couples.

I had visited Vizag last year Dec and stayed in this guest house for 3 days. Sharing the experience in brief: 1. Hotel rooms are not clean at all, specially the cots/ beds are quite longstanding, so looking little bit filthy, chance of containing germs and bad smells. Size wise rooms are okay. 2. Rats inside the room and the corridor were observed. 3. Toilets were little bit dirty and inside bathrooms things were broken. They have not repaired after repetitive requests. 4. Most of the rooms, apart from the highest valued rooms, are not having any window. So, rooms are bit stuffy and the room gets totally dark during load shedding. Generator service is also very poor and not runs through out the day. 5. Water scarcity observed and did not get running water in bathrooms through out the day. 6. Hotel management does not have any manner to talk to the guests and do not have any intention to hear and resolve the problems what the guests are facing. They always try to divert the topic and give some illogical reasons on some problems. 7. The ground staffs (not all, but most of them) are not bad, they are good but guests need to handle them as each of them has some language problem as they only know Telegu and understand the other languages like Hindi/ English very little. They try to fix the issues but sometimes they fail to do that due the non-cooperation from management or threat of losing the job. We need to understand that they come from very poor families, so they are actually bound to go by the management directions. 8. Food options are very limited inside the guest house. 9. Location wise the hotel is okay and nearer to beach road. 10. Will not recommend to stay at this guest house until and unless you are not getting a good option than this hotel.

Probably one of the worst places to stay in Vizag.||We were told that the room was ready but had to wait for the staff to clean up our room. They forgot to clean the major area and left some cockroaches behind. The washroom was the worse. No exhaust, the commode was broken and moved every time anyone used it. ||The only good part about the hotel is that its near to the RK Beach, hardly a 5mins walk. ||Overall don’t opt for this, not at all value for money.

This hotel is not good..its not a 3 star hotel.. Not even 2 star.By seeing pics don't be foolish. No facilities available here.. Not even towel.they gave us one towel. We booked hotel by online we reached around 9 and we got room keys but In our room ac and bathroom light were not working.they took 1 hour to repair it.after that charging slot was not working..Then they gave another room... But that was k. .they wasted our time. And u don't get food here..they don't take care of guests . But only one plus point is It's near to beach.u can go whenever u want by walk...next day we booked mantri hotel with less price than castle venue..mantri is too good... And staffs r very Co operative and food was awesome

Who said its a 3 star Hotel? It is a 3rd Grade Hotel! Luckily the room which we got was decent with AC working. Apart from it all the services were rubbish ! The hot water in geyser comes after 10 minutes you keep it on we kept requesting but never got password for wifi The TV was dimounted and just kept on floor and had only free channels There is a kitchen (Not a restaurant) which works only frw hours a day during breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu is very small and not always available.Even Tea is available only in morning and non lunch /dinner hours. The room phone extension didnt work for us and no one bothered to ever repair it. Wr had to walk to hallways or downstairs to reception each time to ask anything. Rude manager! It is at walkable distance from beach but you wont see even a glimpse while you are in. They shall be all polite while you are staying because its their mistake, but the true arrogant face comes when you are checking out. Opt for it only of you dont get a place elsewhere!

Dirty bed. Bugs are not let you sleep whole night. A. C's were not working propery and above all when you enter the room after check in the staff will not let you sit whenever you dont pay the bill by cash. Worst services. Here you have to pay every drops of water.

Really enjoyed the stay. Luxurious and highly cost effective at the Same time. Very courteous service and very close to Ramakrishna beach which is itself a nice place to hangout.

Perhaps the worst experience Complete unprofessional ,dirty rooms even after asking to clean the rooms they did not do!! It's only because of being near beach area they will fool you grab money !! The cost of the rooms are not at all worth it..please do not go for this if you don't want to spoil your trip.. And this is not even a guest house or hotel it's just something like the private property being used without any professional system
