OYO Srk Guesthouse

I've would have given a ZERO if available. I booked from goibibo and confirmed the booking with oyo. When i reached hotel they're asking extra amount for check in. So i called goibibo and asked for them to help. Meanwhile the people at hotel argued with me like how can you book for a cheap price for 3 nights. We are not accepting your check in and they are very rude and illiterate people don't know how to talk with customers. Definently i will not recommend this hotel. I definitely say that you'll face problems when you stay there. Better to avoid such hotels. After booking another hotel I'm trying to explain what happened to me to the other hotel receptionist they asked me is it srk guest house??? That means we can understand how bad they're.

It was very good ti stay, the staff and supervisor behavior is very supportive and wifi also helped me alot while doing office work

Cheater owner, we checked in at 3pm and he agreed to check out on 3pm next day and was also agree for breakfast. We don't know what was happened, while we returned from place visit to do checkout at 3 pm, he asked for extra hour and breakfast. He said check-in n checkout time is 10 to 10 am only that also doesn't include breakfast. If he was be clear with us, we were to checkout in the morning onwards. It was bad as he lied to us.

First time when we visited for Vizag, we got this rooms near Rishikonda It's clean and neat but less space and not comfortable.

Good hotel to stay. Rooms are clean, service is good. But I think the restaurant needs to improve its quality and service. Overall 4 star.

BOOK THIS HOTEL AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE OWNER IS A PROFESSIONAL CHEATER. HAD A WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WHERE I HAD TO SPEND THE ENTIRE NIGHT WITH CHILDREN IN FOOTPATH. PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
