Worst accommodation ever seen. I just attend this place because of my friends opinion towards the location which is feasible to cover all the tourist spots in one go but the staff was rude and reckless towards in check in and check out times along with the improper cleaning of room before and with in the room. We experienced the first room no proper safety on keyless room. Ac not working well, zero responsiveness. I strongly no to this hotel green tree who ever want to visit this city of destiny with this foolish people which makes ur experience in weird manner

They didn’t even cleaned room before giving to guests , bed sheets , Blankets have stain marks and blood marks , no ac remote , no tv remote , and worse thing is cleaning staff will disturb you in morning in my case 4 cleaning staff people came and knocked the door for cleaning atlest you have to install no disturb sign to the doors and one of the cleaning person came inside my room without even knocking the door or ringing the bell this place is very scary for Girls imagine someone just enters into your room without your permission while you are changing clothes atlest train your cleaning staff how to behave with guest

I didnt like the quality of food. But the hotel rooms were so good. It provides a king size comfortable cozy bed with a tea table and chair also a cupboard. Rooms are big and spacious. Toilets are clean and they will provide hand wash and shower gel. It has a gyser also. All are good expect the food. Otherwise I would give 5 star.

I am writing this review during my stay in this hotel it is totally pathetic Hey guys don’t have the value of the guests.. No water in this hotel’s washrooms from today morning. They don’t have any backup plans. Assume your use yourself if you have a play flight to catch at 11 am and you have to get ready at seven 7:30 am and if you will not get water to bath and other important thing how will it feel to you so before booking in this hotel think thrice. Problem is they are saying what we can do. ROOMs are good.. Cleanness is okay. But the part of breakfast would be a biggest joke…. if you stay here And having their complimentary breakfast. No tea or coffee offered.. they simply show you the opposite site door of tea stall. One of person having breakfast in front of me asked for 1 extra egg.. he was told 1 egg only… he insists he will pay but failed to get one extra egg for his breakfast… 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Would not recommend. Price is not worth it. Hotel service is horrid. The cleanliness is the worst. The room had not been cleaned after the stay of the pervious visitor. The floor was unclean and sticky. The washrooms are dirty and the water heater was not working at all. We had to adjust with a portable heater which took 15 mins to heat it very little. They also took 30 mins to give us a spare bucket. Overall my worst stay.

I have done booking through agoda and when my family reach that location of hotel that mentioned in the invoice they told that this is same location but this is not that hotel that you booked for and agoda don’t have proper help line number or customer service they tie-up with OYO and oyo is also not able to solve the issue.
