BLUE MOON HOTEL

Stayed here for the night of 27th December. Firstly when I entered, the owner (or whoever was incharge) was not welcoming at all like a hotel should be. He was rude. I had to prove that I had booked online and had to show proofs. Then the attendant took me to a room which was surprisingly small as compared to shown in photos. The room was extremly basic. Not appealing at all. It is okay only for bachelors it seems. The bedsheets were a little bad, paint was old. But basic amenities were there. Right when I checked in, the attendant was super unprofessional. He came in the room back to back 3-4 times. No privacy at all, once he directly opened the door like its his house. Owner was seeing this all but it still happened. For the whole night, the attendant at reception had loud tv series and music playing. If you want a super basic stay and have very low expectations just want a place to sleep then this is fine or else look for other places, there are many

It was great experience with this hotel . All the staffs very friendly in nature and their staffs are so supportive. They also arrange foods for you at anytime with a call.It's been really had a good time. The hotel has very safe environment. Thank you

It was a very good experience with this hotel. All staff are very helpful. Their behaviour their services all are excellent.A suitable place to stay. I would like to recommend all to come here and stay.And a plus point is very negligible charges. And Rajasthani traditional service is the most attractive point of this hotel.

I have stayed here for 8 days Whenever you visit vizag no need to think about much just check in blue moon hotel. Rooms are class, service is class. Location is in the center City near to beach. Near there are many restaurants. And the owner personally looks at every issue. Best man to talk around. I suggest family and singles to check in without hesitation. First kinda hotel and with an awesome environment with a friendly owner. Sincerely appreciation and regards for future. Such a good person. 5/5.

The hotel was good. I reserved for non A/C from MMT but management was kind to upgrade it to a/c with 1000/- for 3 nights. The bed was comfortable and the room and washroom was neatly maintained. Linens were also neat. The hot water is not 24*7. But prior information they can turn on heater . Can request for additional cleaning if required, they will do it. Overall worth it for money and budget suitable. I recommend.

Dnt stay here with family. Very bad service. Basic necessities not available in the rooms. For everything u have to call to room service.
