Had stayed in that hotel for two days. I think this is the worst stay ever. The hotel is managed by a 19 year old who started weeping when we enquired about our dinner. We were a pac of 8 adults and 4 kids below the age of 6. We ordered dinner at around 6 and they agreed to provide the same at 8.30.. but we received the food at 11. The temp was 10deg. There was no restaurent around that we could go out and fetch food. Rooms had no kettle or heaters. The heaters provided made noises but rooms never got hot. Food was terrible none of the staff there didn't even know how to boil water. It was a one man show at the kitchen. Rates are terrible, as they are aware that there is not restaurant nearby they ripped us with such a hefty bill and terrible food. The rooms were damped, and had foul smell. The floors creaky noises, and felt like spooky old bunglow in horror movies. There is a small restaurant outside the hotel that serves good food and that too on time. Please don't promote such hotels.

Hospitality is the best thing in this hotel 🥰 I visited on 21.11.24 Mine experience was fabulous i would love to recommend this hotel Their manager will help you for every single problems Serve are also good though But center of attraction of the hotel is their hospitality , services and their suggestions

The behavior of staff was pleasant, they had lift, the decoration of the hotel was good too. The view from their hotel and even lift was awesome. The only thing we didn't like was their room and bed size, we were 3 adults and a child and we had to join two beds together for sleeping. Also, their geyser was a bit slow and was taking almost an hour to warm the water.

We had a moderately pleasant stay. All rooms are with heater and washrooms with 24hr working geyser. Hospitality was good though we had a really unwanted experience. We had a bad experience as we were provided a wrong/old food menu with wrong prices mentioned. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights... Finally when we would check out and went to ckear food bill, we were shocked to find almost double the amount of what we had estimated and we were given a lame excuse that by mistake they gave us old food menu. We had to bear the entire charge unwillingly. There is a movie hall 'Jadooz' above the hotel where we also enjoyed a recently released movie, Vikram Vedha... The Tawang Monastery is in direct beautiful view from Hotel waiting/ reception area.

One of the best hotel in Tawang given the fact that hardly good and comfortable hotels are there except 2/3. The food is good. Had an experience of earthquake in this hotel when my bed completely moved. At that time of about 4:00 am , no one was there to attend us in exigency unless staff is helpful and nice. Food is also good though variety is not expected at such place to that extent

Enjoyed my stay in this hotel very much.Rooms are very clean, cozy and equipped with room heater and geysers.My room was great with picturesque view of the Great Tawang Monastery. Staffs are very active and are well behaved. Will recommend each and every one to book your stay here in Tawang. 5/5 stars. Keep it up.

Extremely courteous receptionist (Sonam). Great staff. Decent food in the restaurant. Rooms are clean and maintained. Thankfully, every room has a heater...it's a blessing! Frequent power outage, buy have generator backup. Pretty close to the main market. Nothing extraordinary about the location.
