One of the worst food we ever had. Had loose motions after the food. Wash rooms were bad, hand wash area was pathetic

Worst hotel I have ever seen in my life..food was so bad and the items used in the food was also poor quality... staffs behaviour was also bad when I complaint for food they said this is how it's taste it's your problem you ordered this...they don't sayed a sorry for there mistake

Hotel is located very close to Mahabodhi world heritage center. Rooms are very good and spacious. Complementary breakfast was not good. (Especially Poha). Poori was good. Masala omlet was tasty.

Very nice hotel with a great location. The restaurant serves excellent food and super huge portions. We were informed about the portions anyway and the taste of the food is good. The room was clean and the only turn off thing was there was no hot water in my room. Informed and waited half an hour but still never rectified. Imagine taking a shower in ice cold water by 5 am. Apart from that issue, there was nothing else with this hotel. There is a small handicraft shop as well in this hotel which was nice. The internet is good too. Will return and recommend to others. The buffet breakfast is closed so early which makes the guests wonder about the timing. We were informed earlier that the timing was 7am to 10am. But when we arrived at 830am everything closed but were given ALA carte instead. Options are different anyway.

Good location, restaurant and bedding. All the rest is terrible. Toilet not functioning, room not cleaned in 5 days (no fresh towels, glasses or cups either). Dirty bathtub and filthy shower soap holder. Bathtub drain blocked. Old cups and bowls with remaining food left by the clients on the floor of our corridor, not removed since days. Laundry was lost. Air dryer was out of order. Réception staff do their best to help, unsuccessfully. Not speaking about the washroom in the lobby and it single disposable soap dispenser... filthy. Toilets brown...

The declarations is outdated and not room is not clean. No hot water and sink water was not flow down. Air conditioning is weak, machine is old and only have fan with weak cold air. Stay with a group with three people a room, the size of the third bed is troubled to sleep at night and I have to stay for a whole night. Definitely not recommend this hotel. The only good thing is the service is not bad. And recommend to try a massage here, the person done a good job. Breakfast is not impressed, coffee is instance coffee and toast are too dry.
