There was no service at all, had to carry all the luggage our self. Room and common areas were not cleaned since ages. Bedsheets were so dirty humans can not sleep on them, when complained they gave bed sheets and asked to lay yourself.

Didn't expect much as it's a budget accomodation but the experience was terrible. We never use AC so we choose room without, but there was no fresh air whatsoever, it was so hot in the room, corridor was much cooler than our room. Opening window didn't help much, there was a lot of mosquitos because there's no mosquitiere. Sheets were disgustingly stained. The service was terrible, guy was so rude and disrespectful. He didn't mentioned 10pm curfew to us and then he kept calling. Check out is at 10am and we were just leaving our room at 10:02 and he started calling again and came upstairs! I understand the rules but there's something like hospitality and I've never experienced such behaviour in hotel

One of the worst hotel of raxaul.The behaviour of the owner is very rude and dont have manners how to talk and behave elders and women they r abusive.Dont ever come to this restaurant here taking room here is the worst decision ever.Taking room here is worst night mare we ever had.Never check in In this hotel

Worst hotel in my knowledge. Not safety for women at all. We have a bitter experience tonight. I don't recommend it. Be careful about this hotel.

Considering the locale, the state of rooms was much better than expected. The rooms are clean, and the proprietor fairly helpful. But that's pretty much all there is to say. It is under-staffed and there are no other facilities. As long as the only thing you're looking for is a clean place to stay for a night, you're good to go.
