Flagship Hotel Titanic

I had booked it through online but at the reception they asked me to book offline as they provide check in only at 11Am. I had to pay offline prices which were costlier than online prices. They are just gang of robbers. Rooms were dirty, no sufficient facilities available. Hotel is located just beside a sewage and all the dirty stuff were dumped behind it.

Very bad, rude behaviour of owner, Because of Heavy mosquito I not slept properly. Offline price is higher then online, And owner is not helping,owner wants only your money Please Not Book this hotel, you will regret entire life.

All ever worst experience I ever had. The receptionist is such a arrogant person. The stay deal was unfair. Online booking is different and when I extend stay the person directly said as we'll not allowed, you have to pay offline rates, and rates and double than online.

I had booked other hotels(Hotel Jumanji) from the Oyo app but they refused to give room in that amount while room checking time(15th May 2023) and after long discussion with Oyo customer care and owner they suggested this hotel (Titanic - same owner). The rooms were good. At that point of time it was not completely finished due to which some rooms had AC problems, water problems and fan problems. After checking 3-4 I got one room where AC and Fan were working. Checkout day I faced a water issue and I called the caretaker but his phone was switched off. Overall it's value for money. Note: never book the hotel from the Oyo application. The owner rate is completely different from Oyo. If you are booking directly then it's good and pocket friendly.

The best place to stay and nice amnetites and friendly staff. The food is also excellent. Over all nice place and complete value for money Best in prize and good behaviour of staff too.❤️❤️❤️ Really like the hotel must visit ❤️

stay in this hotel night hotel location is very peaceful and having amazing view from room . food was nice and room was cleaned and hygienic. hotel staff was cooperative and specially very nice person and helpful .thanx to all hotel management More Good hotel as compair to other hotel in Bhilai👍
