Hotel O Kunal

Pathetic rooms, dirty, unclean toilet with broken seat cover. No traces of hygiene. Wash basin was there but the inlet pipe was missing. No hot water available between 5 pm to 12 noon next morning. Feel like vomiting every time think of that room - 302.

No worries at all the staff is good you can go with family to but there is solar water heater so be ready if there is low sun light no chance for warm water Staff are too good and helpful. With small budget you can stay good if you are habitated to climb stair then ok because there is no lift

The rooms were completely small in size than in pictures they offer on OYO. The things that you get in here is AC, Hot water, TV, and wifi. But rooms were completely small and can only be used for sleeping. In case you are there to visit places and go out in the mrng and you’ll return back in the night. Then it’s completely fine to get good sleep. Good day See you next time.

Worst hotel.. very poor room not sanetised.. dirty bedsheet and blankets.. very small room look like toilet.. full of bugs insect lizards..rude behaviour.. not worth for even 399.. demand extra money from customers.

Fuddu experience sorry for bad language but this hotel is very pathetic. I booked this hotel from oyo when i reached this hotel the man in hotel told ur booking is cancelled but at that time i have no message of cancellation. But the man in hotel refuse to give room and told we have dispute with oyo we have no rooms from oyo customer. And another thing oyo deducted my amount from my account and have no confirmation of cancellation than i call customer care of oyo the executive give me another hotel booking id when i reach there i paied room rent in cash and no information about previous booking of cancellation. I was shoked when i again call customer care he told u have 2 booking ids of ur name in same day and time how it possible than he arranged the call to senior manager i put out my issue and she ensure me i will cancellation ur previous booking id and mail me on my id but when i checked my id there was cancellation charges of Rs 606 i was pathetic experience from what could is say from where side☹️

Lovely Hotel in an excellent location rooms are spotless & cleaned daily / staff are very help full and friendly I was stay as a single person for an over night visit it was perfect size and space what I needed very clean and comfortable 😀

There is no parking facilitie..you have to park your vehicle at road..rooms are good but too small in size..staff were helpful...but there is no restaurant
