Hotel Okasu

I D Kr , a consumer rights activist, stayed two days in this premises, my personal experience is that, all the concern person ( Reception to room attended) are very much careful for any query or demand about the guest in hotel. In sort word I am giving +A marks as per my filling. Any outsider visit Raipur, Sure to stay in this premises. I hope the hotel concerns are maintain this good job regularly......... Thanks.

The hotel is very much affordable and good . Service is average,rooms are good and the food is the main thing.Hence it is good for staying if you visit the following place for vacations

Very bad experience don’t book rooms there No sense how to talk Wast of money Even much better hotels are available with same price Where money and respect will be safe They doing what they want only

Worst receptionist ever,even if you are standing in front of the reception area to ask something, they don't even care about you. Management is very poor. One more time I stayed here that time all the employees there were too nice, but this time they have very illiterate people in reception

One of the worst service they provided. We stay there only for single day, checked in at 9:20am and as per the norms we checked out the Hotel at 12 o'clock, they charged 2 days charges from us. One of the worst service they have. Never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Or if you still prefer this then please be careful.

Worst services, they will literally force you to be there for a long time and ask for more money if you don't stay. Staffs are worst do the misbehave with ladies, never ever go to this hotel and the most worst thing about them is their owner he misbehaves and will call the police if you won't agree with them and pay them more.

Suggested to every one please book a Dharamshala or guest house instead of this hotel. This is a very bad hotel, poor breakfast even toilets was not clean. potty of last guest was there in the WC, no one was ready to clean even after the complaint. Disgusting hotel. waste of money.
