One of the pathetic hotel I have ever seen in Raipur. Very bad behaviour by hotel staff about time and all other facilities.

Nice place , nice food, nice room, a bit fine prices, staff so respectful. Before you go, I should tell there are two hotels of same name and owner but one is old and one is new, old is good too but new is better

Very bad experience 3rd grade hotel 5th grade sevice go any where ealse. Total waste of money. Many hotels in same price with better experience. I think w never want to pay 1500 for this kind of property. And worst service Even worse staff also

The hotel is located at Naharpara which is just 10 min walk from Raipur Railway Station. One will get frequent auto, rickshaw, Ola cab or bike to go to any part of the city. The hotel ambience is nice and the amenities are good enough for short or long stay even though there was no hot water during my stay due to some fault in their solar power. The hotel rooms are good enough for a family accommodation. Toilet as well as room were neat and clean. Service was also fine as I could see many staffs were always there in the lobby just waiting for a call from.anynroom.service and acting promptly for the same.There are plenty of food options within a distance of just 5 minutes' walk on the road behind the hotel.

This isn’t a good hotel. Not at all worthy for Rs 1400. You can find much better hotel in this range for example:- iStay Hotel. Disappointments I had when I stayed in this hotel:- 1) Very small sized room 2) AC was defective, just got stuck at 24 degree temperature 3) Lot of mosquitos and to overcome that fact they would give you mosquito coil or all out. Isn’t that funny 4) Housekeeping person was drunk and even though he ask you for tip. Why would I give tip to a person who can’t be honest with his work and provide bad service Good Points:- 1) Have underground parking area but only for bikes not for cars 2) Lift is in good condition and works too Now choice is yours to book this hotel after my honest review.

Surely I am going to rate the hotel 5 stars as the staffs are so cooperative and the rooms are clean, room service is fast, location is good. They provide you free pick up from the station and they give you all the facilities whatever the needs are.. Kitchen is also available for ordering food.. Rooms can be booked at a very cheap rate .. I had a pleasant stay in this hotel..

Well this hotel is near railway station but locality of hotel is not so good, also their is no one to take care of parking.also the rooms were not clean and BedSheet were like used one....you can clearly see the red and yellow stain on it. It's very difficult to stay who have Symptoms of allergy because lot of dust were present in the room and there were no hot water coming in bathroom or gyser .....and be carefull if you booking in online bcz they only get you check in 12 pm and check out 12 pm no subject to availability of rooms and if you booking offline then they charge you from that time to next 24hrs but price were difference as compared to offline and online...well staff were quite good but no so proffesional their response time is slow and at this corona time why the hell they don't clean bathroom well..and regularly I have very big issue with their cleanliness of rooms and bathroom ...as people visit to other city and book a room in hotel the only thing he want a good and clean room with proper amenities and clean bathroom but they failed to do so........so book at your own risk...if you are investing your money then plzz consider all this things..
