Very very durty rooms change room 2 timr in 6 hours stays. Not recommended all.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay, and I feel compelled to share my concerns for improvement: 1. Manager Santosh's behavior towards customers was disappointing. While he seemed fine initially, upon reaching the hotel, his demeanor changed, and I encountered arrogance that I had never experienced before. 2. I needed a short stay, and despite a promise of a double room with A/C, Wi-Fi, and TV, only the A/C was available. Upon reminding them, I received an unsatisfactory excuse. 3. The service was subpar, requiring guests to handle their own luggage. 4. The approach road was confusing and not well-marked. 5. Payment options were limited, as Google Pay was not accepted, with the manager citing concerns about tax deductions. Considering these instances, I advise others to steer clear of Santosh and his hotel for a more pleasant experience elsewhere.

Room service is third class 1 they provide only ONE towel for two person. and I'm asking why are you give me only one towel between TWO people then he told me that it's their hotel RULE. after so many argument he give me another towel. 2 wifi is not working 3 NO electricity from last one hour in my room

Beautiful and great hotel. We stayed only for a day, but the room was very awesome and so great. Very very comfortable, spacious with helpful staffs. Surely we will come back again for a stay. This hotel suits well for family stay without any hesitation.

Not recommended for people wiyh luggage. No lift is there. Very narrow road infront of hotel. You can not park your vehicle anywhere. They do not provide luggage drop to the main road. No dedicated telephone or contact mode for reception. You have to shout at reception for person. Hotel room is unhygienic. Everywhere you can see hairs... Floor & furniture having dirt and hairs. No food facilities near by. Batter to book another hotel in same tariff.

Staff are quite supportive and most important thing is that it is not near raipur railway station, it is around 500m if you go with all gali n all. Mosquito are main problem, also it's too suffocating of small ventilation. Rest all are good. Hope not to visit again. ✌✌😐😐

THE OWNERS SON WHO MANAGES THIS PLACE ENCOURAGES ABUSE AGAINST WOMEN ... THE FATHER WAS A POLITE MAN BUT WAS ABSENT DURING THE SCENE !! The Son Is Mysogynistic In Nature !! I Stayed Here For Two Days ... When A Guest Came In The Next Room To Mine And Started Smoking IN A NON SMOKING ZONE DESPITE BOARD BEING PUT UP IN THE CORRIDOOR .... The Guest Also Created Intentional Disturbance By Playing Laoud Mobile Beyond 11 Pm Creating Laoud Noise By Door Banging And Smoking Cigarettes Which Is Not Allowed Supposedly Here The Son Who Manages Shiva Palace Supported The Abusive Guest Morally And Denied The Disturbance AND BOUNDARY CROSSING Which Occured ! Only after creating a scene was the culprit and anti social anti women guest shifted in another room . BUT AGAIN THIS GUEST CAME IN THE MORNING AND STARTED SMOKING AGAIN .... BECAUSE OF THE OWNERS SON SUPPORT !! SO HERE IN RAIPUR THIS SOCIETY IS NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN TRAVELLERS . What Are We Doing To Make Societal Structures Safe For Women To Thrive ? And Do We Require Covid To Eliminate The Evils In Our Society By Eliminating People Altogether ? WHERE IS THE HEALTHY MASCULINITY EXAMPLES IN OUR SOCIETY ??

Very nice rooms, room services, easy to reach. Hotel staff and owner is very polite and soft natured person. Value for money STAY in Raipur city.
