We stayed in the hotel for 2 days, it very budget friendly for people coming for NIT admission. Yes it is in a gully, no nearby restaurants but you can order on Zomato. Bedliners are clean, washrooms are also clean, I would recommend booking on goibibo (standard non AC room). Very good amount of parking space is also available. We opted out of breakfast so no comments on that. This is very budget friendly untill you find a house/pg to stay. TV does not work, this is a very big cupboard. Our room had a big cooler (very 👍)

they dont cosider services as per their policy written in goibibo and specially for couples they will look down to you like you did something wrong or shamefull just for mo reason and talk to you so badly like you owe soms money to them the main,seniour manager is the person who has the worst behaviour towards the customer and with me i booked this hotel coz they were giving complimentry late check-out of around 3hrs after the standard check-out time that is 12.00pm so i was late to check-out and manaher comes and started shoutinf at me like he has something personal issue with me just becoz we are couple and he damanded extra money contradicting the policy of late check-out ,so for couples dont go there ,they were inhuman.

I'm writing this review very sincerely because I visited here more than 3 times and every time the whole staff was very to the point in delivering the services. The rooms and the bathrooms are good. The best thing I like is their food. The best food I've ever eaten while staying in a hotel. Kudos to the manager and the staff. This hotel has become my go to hotel if ever I visit Raipur. Thank you so much Hotel Raj Heritage. P. S. - Though the location is a bit confusing, however, once you know the route, you won't even need autos or rickshaws to commute to and fro from the Railway Station because it's a straight road from the Railway Station.

Checked in on 5th october 2018 and I wanted cheapest clean hotel with 24 hour checkout window and I found a room at Raj Heritage near Raipur Railway Station, The staff is not overtly inquisitive and nosy. It's peaceful location without the noise associated with a busy junction in the heart of the city os good enough for this budget hotel. With AC they charge 1000 per night and the coffee i ordered was hot and strong just as I wanted. You will enjoy your budget stay at this hotel

Hotel is ok and services are also up to the mark but location is such that it doesn't allows most of mobile network to work and coverage remains an issue.

One of the decent accomodation in raipur present in proximity to raipur junction railway station. The rooms are excellent and available at extremely cheap price U can book online in Goibibo as online booking will get u the same rooms at a cheaper price.. Call the hotel once before or after booking online

It's good but they are not providing body wash Shampoo soap. Bathroom basin needs to be repaired as water is getting clogged. Food is good. Tea is very nice.
