Have seen the worst hotels but this one tops the list in all aspects no mineral water no proper response to the customer. Stay away please.

Hi Friend, I visited Raipur for some business purposes, and being new to the city, I made a huge mistake by choosing this third-rate hotel. The staff, particularly Mr. Basant, was extremely arrogant. When I requested Bisleri water at the reception, they sent RO water instead. I tried calling the reception, but the room service phone was dead, so I had to go down to the reception myself. When I asked for Bisleri water again, they argued with me, insisting that I hadn't specified Bisleri. When I mentioned that I would leave a review on Google, he arrogantly replied, "Go ahead, it doesn't matter to us." At that point, we had no option to switch hotels; otherwise, we would have left immediately. This is how they treat their guests. I strongly urge anyone considering this hotel to think twice—otherwise, you might end up having the same terrible experience I did. I also request the hotel owners to consider hiring better staff so that your business can grow and your reputation can improve. Thanks.

Worst Hotel I Have Ever Visited giving One Star because I dont have option to give 0 stars The rooms were so dirty there was no water in bathroom the I Hit the bed and the dust was coming out I asked them for packed water they gave us the RO water Ordered the food in the room it was not fresh they just heated the preaperd food and served us I have talked to manager basant for the water issue but they didn't took it seriously he was soo arrogant also I asked them weather to change the room or else we will leave the hotel He said You Can Leave I left the hotel and never visit it again Those who are considering this for there stay I request you to please do not prefer it

Was here for a wedding. Place is decent, open lawn is of medium size can accommodate 500-600 people. Indoor hall is of small size. Food was average, service was slow. Location is the key for the place.

There is no cleanliness. Cockroaches and lizards in rooms. Geyser and AC doesnt work. No water or anything provided. Beds are dirty and the Manager has no etiquettes how to talk to a guest.

It was a day stay in the hotel along with my family for some urgent work in Raipur. Although the hotel is spacious and rooms are also quite spacious, still the quality is not well maintained. We have faced the no water issues in the wash rooms for almost half day. And staff was trying hard but they were not able to fix the issue. There were leakages in the tap and no one was willing to attend even after several reminders. ||Hotel is safe for the family. They do not have much of a option available in morning buffet breakfast. ||Location is perfect as all the popular place are in a very close vicinity of the hotel.||OYO need to live to the expectation of the travelers as its seems that after taken over by the OYO the service in the hotel has downgraded.
