Clarks Inn Suites

The hotel room is not well maintained, for the price of the room they charge it’s not worth the money. Only the bed was clean, the bathroom was very slippery, the carpet in the room was dirty and sticky. The wall’s were dirty. The bathroom’s towel rack was rusted. Only the lobby is maintained well. The breakfast spread has only a few handpicked items that will taste good. The most weird thing was that after checking out & sitting in our cab they stopped us for checking the room which was extremely disrespectful and annoying as well.

The reception staff is not cooperative. They charge for hand towel which is made dirty while cleaning hands. They charged around 300 rs. In this the new one will be bought. The payment can not make from credit card or other cards. Only cash or UPI payment will acceptable. The staff of restaurant is not cooperative and on time delivery of food.

The property had everything I was looking for, which I deeply appreciate The staff (khusboo and Anuj) was incredibly cooperative, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. I genuinely loved my time here and am already planning to visit again soon!

One of the comfiest stay in raipur. Good, staff, ambience everything was perfect. Also I would like to mention about a trainee Pranita who was very kind and humble throughout the stay. Clarks inn is a highly recommended hotel if looking for comfort and relaxation

We went there for a business meeting hosted by Orchid hospitality We had buffet dinner there.. Started with some manchow soup which was good.. Had some pasta and noodles tasting delicious Had main course too.. They had some kind of water juice which I don't know remember the name.. There service is good. Good crowd was there.. Shahi tukda and milk pudding was for Desert which was delicious.. They have ample of parking Good reception and seating area.. Beautiful garden space.. Nice staff..

The stay was lovely . Everything was on point and the staff was very cordial with all my requests . Loved my stay here and would totally recommend to book for either a quick getaway for relaxation or your stop in terms of work commitments. Must visit place. Special thanks to Khushboo , manas and Dinesh for being so cordial and making my stay worth a memory of lifetime .

It has always been a great and pleasant feeling while staying at the Clarkes Inn Suites Raipur. The location is nice and the food is excellent. Special mention for Ms. Pritika, the Front Office Executive who was always keen on how I am enjoying my stay and about the room and services. It was nice to see the smiling face of these front office executives. I found Sudhansu, the bell boy also to be helpful while checking in.
