Choosing Clark Inn suites for my daughter’s 1st birthday celebration was one of the best decisions I made. The ambience was simply beautiful, and the banquet looked absolutely stunning. A special thanks to Mr. Suraj Sharma for organizing the entire event so smoothly and professionally. All my guests had a wonderful time – in fact, the atmosphere was so welcoming that guests who arrived at 7 PM stayed until 11 PM, enjoying every moment. Truly a fantastic place to host special occasions!

Promising Property, Unacceptable Service Lapses on Return Stay We initially enjoyed a comfortable one‑night stop at Clarks Inn & Suites Raipur in a premium room during our drive to Nagpur, so we rebooked the same room for our return. Unfortunately, the second visit was marred by multiple service failures: Late Check‑In: Despite confirming our premium room in advance, we waited over 20 minutes for it to be ready upon arrival. Missing Packed Breakfast: We’d prepaid for and twice reminded staff (at check‑in and after dinner) about an early‑morning packed breakfast. At checkout, nothing was prepared—only a hastily assembled box of stale sandwiches and soggy fruit. Not too sure if this packed breakfast was worth the additional money paid!! Water Delays: Simple requests for bottled water took three hours and repeated follow‑ups with housekeeping and reception. Ignored Preferences: A specific room request made at booking wasn’t recorded or honored. Payment Constraints: The online booking system only accepted UPI—no option to pay by card—which is inconvenient for many guests. Clarks Inn & Suites has a solid location and comfortable rooms, but these basic service oversights are unacceptable. Until management addresses staff training, communication, and payment flexibility, I cannot recommend a return stay.

The hotel is having excellent staff and food is awesome. Fine for business as well as family trip. Specially the team at restaurant is very humble and customer oriented (Pradipto and Priya) has proactive approach regarding the menus and service.

This restaurant is truly heaven! The food is delicious, the service is top notch, special thanks to our host Priya Saahoo, who made our morning even more special with her smile and excellent service! Priya Saahoo's service had a great impact on us, her sweet smile and helpful nature made our morning memorable!" This was my first visit to the hotel for business but the hotel staff Priya Sahu who provided a very nice breakfast service 😊😊

One of the best restaurant in raipur . Quality food at affordable price. The restaurant is very hygienic. You must try Chilly paneer of this restaurant. restaurant is the best place for having lunch & dinner for your family with a homely atmosphere Priya Sahu gave us food service in a very good way, good service Priya Sahu treated my family like her own family 👍👍
