Grand Imperia hotel

2 stars only for good staffs behaviour.. The Hotel is very old property... Everything is falling apart, old dirty curation, floors peeling off, toilet was too small and everything in the toilet was broken. The behaviour of a guy in Black coat (probably manager) was very rude, I was checking in with my partner, the way he was talking like I cannot afford to stay in that hotel, that made us feel very uncomfortable. The room was suffocating, cannot open the window, constantly construction noise was disturbing peace.

Location of this hotel is marvelous. It has ample space with large car parking , lawns & giant lobby. Rooms are old with too much used mattress, upholstery, furniture etc & need renovation. Breakfast is multi- choice, well prepared & awesome. Rather you can say that complimentary breakfast is the main attraction of this hotel. Staff is cooperative & well supportive. I Will definitely use this hotel in my next visit.

I would not like to give single star also… not at all professional. 1. Check in process- the receptionist at reception, she was in so irritated mode and talking to one of her colleague, like complaining about some fellow colleague in front of me and once she has taken sign in check in form, she given me the key and said to go 1st floor… wow, no one to guide me where is my room, no one to pick my luggage.. anyway I did myself. 2. Room- they have mentioned so many things in there booking sites which they provide us but unfortunately nothing is true, so worst wifi range. Room cleanliness was pathetic, there was hairs in bathroom and on toilet seat (seems pubic hair), no any calling number was mentioned for reception or for food services. 3. Privacy- Great, there staff is not aware which rooms are given to guest, suddenly one house keeping staff just opened the door from outside with master key and said ohhh sorry ma’am I was not aware(and this happened twice)… what??? 4. Food- nicely priced(that too ok) but km se km garam to do yar, I ordered roties, daal, chawal… was completely thanda 🤦🏻‍♀️ So all together what I remembered was “ oonchi Makan fikki Pakwan “ I would never recommend anyone for this place.

Place is situated very close to the airport and seems like it used to be an upmarket place a decade or two ago. But since they've not upgraded till date it looks gloomy!!! Anyway can't wait for their renovations to be complete and visit again

Extremely pleased with the hotel's restaurant service. Employee reaction & behavior is excellent. Furthermore, all service personnel provide timely responses. Soni Saini especially provides excellent service.Her behaviour is always professional and cheerful. Overall restaurant is very good in every thing like room cleaning, room service etc

The hotel building is good but the person at the reception are arrogant and rude. We three were alloted two rooms. They initially gave only one and made the third person adjusted with a stranger... At mid-night of 15th October, they accompanied us to a room where already one unknown guest was sleeping. They used the master card and opend the room. The person sleeping jumped out of fear seeing us. Then, we were asked to share room with him. We both denied. See the level of hopelessness.

Nice hotel , vibrant with high footfall in banquet , restaurants with live beautiful band , lot of parking and in a quite place of greenery

Went for a small meeting. Very unhappy with the services provided. The hall was very close to a loud music show and hence was not ideal for the meeting. Food was average at best. People guiding at the car parking area seemed sketchy. Overall not a place I would go to again.
