OYO 10690 Florence Hotel

Italian menu spread here is very good and the quality of food is authentic to a great extent. Menu us pure vegetarian only. Service is very bad though and the place is not recommended during weekends. As there is a provision for large groups as well, the service here freezes if more than one group arrives together. The staff is least concerned about the customers. Recommended dining only during weekdays or during no rush hours.

I would really never visit there again. Horrible services. Even after calling the waiter several times no one responded. Even after asking a food menu was not provided. Even after complaining no one listen to us. We had to finally get up go to the billing counter ask for check and leave. As bad as it can be. Please avoid until absolutely necessary. Plus they have a very poorly maintained smelly, washroom.

Overall the hotel is good foe 1-2 days stay. The rooms are cozy except the open wash basin in the room, which I personally did not like.||The food is yummy but surprisingly Fish items seems to be highly priced. Fish Fry for Rs.450/- is exorbitant. ||The staff are co-operative and sincere. ||Parking is bit cramped, but the good thing is they offer vallet parking, which is appreciated.

I must have gone there at least thrice this month and ordered the same dish. Ask me why? Because it was made differently every single time.. That's surely not good for a restaurant. I'm pretty sure I'm going to get something oddly new the next time I order the same dish.. ||||PS not everything new is good.. Foods not good here bruh

Stayed at this hotel for one night. pretty bad experience and would not like to set foot here any time. Arrived after a long flight in the evening. Troubles started at the check in itself. Reception staff appeared to be ill trained and were definitely unhelpful. We moved in to the restaurant for dinner wanting to finish quickly and retire early as we had an early morning flight. Took two hours to get our order. Even when the food came it was different from what we had ordered.||||The decor in the rooms was loud and the linen was old. Both hand towels had holes in them anr the room had too many mosquitoes. I spent the entire night awake. The house keeping as well as the reception staff appeared seemed indifferent to the complaints of poor service and did not replace the linen even after requests.||Overall a bad experience and I would advice every one to steer clear of this miserable hotel.

Have been there few times and they make the yummiest Mushroom soup i ever had. The other food on the menu is also good but cream of mushroom soup is the best, ambience is ok and service is good. Overall nice

Review not about florence but about little italy- Nice place, great food with all cuisines that you might know and the ambience is also really good. It gives a vibe of a very expensive restaurant and yeah the price is a little steep but manageable if you don't try to make your visit an eating competition.

No one can beat their Italian cuisine. Absolutely delicious. Cocktails are mind blowing. Good place to hangout with friends.
