FabExpress Victoria With Pool, Baga Beach

No one stays at reception half of the time. TV has no cable channels. Only apps can be used in TV but most of the time TV doesn't work even though same wi fi works properly in phone. I had booked room online with breakfast but their restaurant is closed and undergoing work. So they brought breakfast from somewhere else and gave it to me at 11 AM on both days. That is very late breakfast. Breakfast was good but tea was not warm. Lawn area with grass is good although small and the best thing is Baga beach and Tito's Lane is just 2 minutes away from hotel. AC worked fine. First 2 days I got warm water in bathroom for bathing but didn't get warm water on 3rd day. Overall not worth the money. I would have given slightly better rating had the price been lesser.

Worst hotel experience ever. The rooms were not clean, very congested. Booked from FabExpress over a call. They mentioned clearly parking area is available and pool is also big and clean etc. But when we reached there, the pool is not even part of hotel, it is part of other attached restaurant and there were dustbins near the pool, no water in the pool, it was in very bad condition. Also there is no parking, we paid 400/- rs for open parking on road. FabExpress just lied literally over a call and when I called back for issues from hotel while checkin they just ignored and cancelled the call. At the reception, people are not friendly, they were rude. When we woke up next morning, outside the room there was garbage scattered all over. It was horrible experience.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Shri, and I must say that his friendly behavior and exceptional service made my experience truly delightful. He is a consummate gentleman who not only provided top-notch assistance but also offered solutions to every query I had. His professionalism, courtesy, and warm demeanor are truly commendable. Kudos to Shri for delivering outstanding service!

This is one of the worst hotels to stay near baga. Here the rooms are small washrooms also small. And don’t get fooled by seeing the images in which the room you’re allotted will be little bit far from the swimming pool and that pool is also very small. The staff is also rude there’re mice’s running around the corridor and the lizards are also roaming across and near the rooms.. We asked the hotel staff to do the room service literally in the nyt around 9 PM and the answer was we’ll not do the room service. In the rooms you won’t be getting the hot water also which is also a big concern considering the December time which is winter.. So, I may not recommend the stay here with family. If you’re with friends one or two person you can adjust that’s it. If it’s a group I wouldn’t recommend stay here.

One of our worst stay in goa We booked room for 2300 but condition of rooms were too bad. Floor was making cracking sounds, switch board was brocken, Room service telephone was not working, ac doesn’t cooling so much, They show beautiful pics of rooms but reality is something else room full of cockroaches and mosquitoes, tv was not working, weak wifi connection, No water bottles and soaps and other amenities were provided We asked for swimming pool they said yes its open and currently in running but after we reach there they said its closed. Hotel is so badly refurbished Deluxe room they said but didn’t deserve over 800 per night Very bad experience with fab hotels and staff Fab hotel is scam guys

The room is so smelly and small,doors don't close, mosquito,ants...AC is one time on no offing system at night.Rats are moving everywhere.Never believe the photo and book.I won't recommend anyone to book.If u r coming goa spend little more for good hotels.Lastly fab hotels charges some amount and hotel charges some other amount where the total rent goes more than booking time amount.

There is no power backup, and it’s very small rooms with very small swimming pool which is kind of no use and not at all worth the money

Don't go any one. Cheating the customers in fabhotels team . Showing picture of the hotel in the fabhotels app and actuall real picture of the hotel is completely different. Very dirty smells in room and completely ac not working.
