Very nice spacious rooms. Walking distance from beach. Good night life on walking distance yet the rooms are isolated, silent and peaceful. Food hotel within premises was waste though but one can order through Zomato or menu card in room

I found this property on booking.com We had planned to stay for 5 nights but only stayed 1 night(and it was a struggle to stay one night) The property is really close to the beach – there is a direct path to the beach but it is full of trash The property contacts you after booking to request payment to reserve the rooms The rooms are terrible – not clean, the bed is hard, full of insects and even saw a rat. The washroom is horrible The roof of the room feels very unsafe I absolutely do not recommend it

A slight smell coming from the beach. So keep it closed. Service is very good. Locks need improvement. overall very good staff. Clean rooms. Not a fancy place. Near the beach and in the party lane

Me and my 3 friends stayed here for two days. It is just 2 minutes away from tito’s lane and just 30 sec walk for beach. Total atmosphere, rooms all are very nice. Specially we want to mention one name MIRAJ. He is a staff here but he is so helpful that you can feel he is a homie.

A pleasant place to hang out with family and friends.we stayed here for 2 nights and it was one of the best experience that we had and also located near Baga beach which is walkable.
