Hotel Royal Pride

I booked a hotel this Goa for checkin on 28th jan and 29th jan check out, I booked the room and my payment was deducted . I booked 2 rooms wherein we were 4 adults and 1 child of 2.5 yrs of age. I got confirmation mail from agoda. On 28th jan when we reached hotel we were told by the receptionist that they do not take any online booking. In soaring sun with luggage and a small child we were waiting for your customer service team to help. We tried calling 2 times each call lasted for approx 15-25 mins but still it was of no help. Even after doing advance booking we had to find another hotel to stay. This is the worst service we have received till date and we do not ever wish to use agoda going ahead and will recommend the same to others. . Plz don’t go for this hotel..& also agoda is worst..

booking from oyo is not entertained , these property is listed on oyo just to grab the customers free without any efforts. if oyo rates are not acceptable than why it is still listed on oyo?? owner should remove its name from on line apps , but these hotels /property managers wants customer in free without any efforts. after entering the property you will be denied at that rates displayed on oyo app. pls think again before booking this hotel online via any app as you may come in very okward situation where you have no choice other tha paying hiked rates which are almost double the rates diaplayed on on line apps.

We got two rooms for 9 people's Room was good , all things good if you discussed in advance. One con we didn't got towel in one room but we have personal so we don't demanded but during checkout he was asking for towels🙄

The worst hotel I ever stay in the room was average even the Ac was not working the toilet wasn’t clean . Let’s ignore all this even the receptionist guy was rude like he is the owner of the five star hotel 😂 no manners how to talk very bad behaviour do Not visit I got cheated so be aware from such creeps big Nooooo and the 👎🤬 to the man who is sitting on the reception

Service was fantastic, food was very good, all oyo facilities are available, they didn't charge me single penny for boiling milk for my kids. Completely satisfied with service. Highly recommended for family people.

Worst hotel service, not providing even handwash, staff behaviour is very rude. Not recommending for ont time also. Outside liquor is not allowed here.

Worst management and worst land lord.that land lord give hotel for lease all repairs get it done then he throw them away he runs hotel himself after negative review he give again lease ..he has to give old lessee around 15 lakhs before that I don't know don't choose that hotel

Worst place. We booked this hotel in agoda app landed there at night and went to this same location they told its not the hotel that we have booked. No customer support from agoda. Seriously worst experience.
